Ordered delivery for the first time. Last chinese food we ordered was pretty bad so the bar was low. We were pleasantly surprised by the food we received. The price was good, and good portions. We ordered lemon chicken, Shanghai noodles, special mixed veg, and the deal came with chicken fried rice and spring rolls. The lemon chicken was nicely cooled with a beer batter type texture that was still crunchy, good ratio of meat to batter. The Shanghai noodles were great, noodles cooked well, and came with carrot, bean sprout and good quality thin cuts of pork. The special mixed veg was also good, the special is it comes with pork, chicken and shrimp, but i didnt tell you that. The rice made a good side, rice cooked well and not lumpy. The food tasted fresh and didnt leave an off after taste like other places. All in we were happy with the order and look forward to some amazing...

WARNING! NEW OWNERSHIP.. My family and I used to really enjoy this place, the food was always consistent and delicious. We just bought a large dinner to feed 8 and there will be no left overs this time. We had to throw out the food and we have never done that before. The lemon chicken was tough and didn’t taste like real chicken, the ginger beef was mostly all batter and the chicken balls were so salty it was unbearable even with lots of pineapple sauce. I am not sensitive to salt, everything just tasted like it was marinated in pure salt. The only part that wasn’t terrible was the chow mein and Shanghai noodles. They gave my dad coupons and he threw them away while saying “they couldn’t pay me to eat here again”. I’m not one to complain but with so much competition out there, the new owners need to step their game up or they will not be in...

Worst Chinese Food I've ever ordered. Ever. Absolutely the worst cuts of beef. Chewy and hard to swallow. The Shrimp was way overcooked. The chicken balls were so thickly breaded, they were disgusting....the breading wasn't fully cooked, but somehow the chicken inside was overcooked and dry. The free spring rolls that came with our order over a certain dollar amount weren't even spring rolls. Not to mention it was all cold by the time it was delivered...So they don't have those hot bags that keep food warm while being delivered, which let's face it, in Edmonton is a necessity.
