We visit jollibee after church last weeks ago
to have dinner.we all have a very nice day and just got ruined by someone that don’t love what ever their doing/working. arrived at the restaurant around 9:10 . while I was in front giving my order and trying to think what else to order you can see at the font lady’s face that she was out of patience . Im still trying to be nice and understand that i may take time to decide as they don’t have some items that we want. as i almost finished ordering i ask the front lady named Joy if there is a fee for utensils if we decided to dine in as i have my son with me. she can charge me and i can pay for it all together with my food order. she responded me with high toned voice saying “what do you really want? your so confusing. “ i respond with a smile “okay just take out then. thank you” . while waiting for our order she was moping floors and cleaning tables did not even wash her hands when she was getting our order is that the way you serve your food? they can see it on there cctv’s . going home carrying food that not is handled properly , served by an attitude old lady and missing order. I experienced working in fast food restaurants and I understand everything but please treat everyone nicely and don’t ruin someone’s day just because you’re not having a nice day or your tired of what your doing . thank you for ruining our blessed day JOY....
Read moreTerrible service….so bad I didn’t know what to do but laugh. Went through drive through to pick up online order and was told to come inside. Sure, no problem. I have never seen 4-5 people working look so busy doing nothing. Huddling together speaking to each other in Filipino but couldn’t greet any of the customers waiting. Person in front of me was also waiting for her order. 3 more people come in after me…so now there’s 5 people waiting to be acknowledged. The people working can clearly see us yet not one of them said we’ll be right with you or just a moment. Eventually I saw one employee hiding around the corner by the drive thru window and she could see I was laughing cause I literally had no idea what was going on. I asked her if we can pick up our online orders and then all of a sudden it’s like the people working could finally see us. The shocked looks on their face as if we just magically appeared. The right side of the counter had 4 orders bagged and ready to be picked up but absolutely no one was helping us. Common sense would tell you if you told someone to come inside to pick up their order from the drive thru window….that person would be coming in right away for their order….so you should probably go help them and the other 4 people...
Read moreI was just in the drivethru today and ordered 10 pcs regular chicken and when I got to the window I decided to change my order to 6 pcs jolly chicken bucket with spaghetti. I apologized for doing so and there was no line up and was the only car there ( I would not change my order if there was a line as I think of others as well) the crew at the window tried to help but they got confused of my new order and told the girls that I wanted the 6 pcs bucket with spaghetti. But the other girl told me to go back to the speaker box to correct my order?? What’s the point of going back there if there were no cars behind me? I was willing to wait for my order in the parking lot because it was my fault of changing the order. I had to cancel my order because I’m not satisfied with the service. Just make it right and not make it complicated. Hoping that this will bring change to your customer service as this location was near my place. But I don’t mind the drive to Calgary trail for a...
