CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice - Tamarack — Restaurant in Edmonton

I've left a few reviews here, none of them got shown publically (probably Google shenanigans) so I'm posting a new one.

my mom and I came in yesterday. first, there was work noise clatter in the background that could be REALLY loud at times. I had to raise my voice to be heard while placing an order.

when my mom paid, she was readying her phone to tap the card machine. the cashier must have assumed she was distracted, since once the machine was good to go, they said "It's ready" twice-likely thinking my mom didn't hear her the first time. to put it another way, it was rude.

finally, I've usually seen Coco workers-at least from this location-wipe liquid off the lids before serving them. unfortunately, that didn't happen this time, which you can see in the pictures below (it's more visible in the second than the first one, though).

the drinks were made according to order and mine tasted good, so I'm giving another star for that. but the service here has clearly taken a turn for the worse. I won't be coming back here...

Dude all i wanted was no chunks in my mango dream and that is what i said. This was first time they said we cannot do it and she even gave a stern eye to her coworker which i felt was rude but i can be wrong. I said that i have been getting this drink without chunks the whole time of course I request it to be like that. She said no we got in trouble because of that and we cannot modify the recipe. If the owner actually gave them a hard time because if my drink then the owner needs to understand that if people do not want something in their drink they will ask them not to put it in it. I recently visited Coco Bubbles Tea 885 Tamarack Way NW Around 9 pm.Unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the unprofessional behaviour of the staff. When I arrived, I noticed that the employees were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. This made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming . I believe that Coco Bubbles Tea could greatly improve by providing better training for their staff on customer service and communication. It's a shame because the place has potential, but the lack of professionalism from the staff really detracted from my visit. I hope they can make some changes for a better experience...
