I went to the drive thru last night around 10, when I arrived there was one car at the window and nobody at the ordering, I waited for someone to take my order when I received a hello, I replied with can I make an order, she said sure I started to make my order when she started laughing and said can you hold on, I waited about three minutes while I watched another order appear on the screen, when she came back on the mic she said what would you like, after repeating myself three times she was giggling and said ok $10.50 at the window. As I get to the window she opened it and without even looking at me or stopping her conversation with another lady in the store she said 10.50 passing the machine out the window, I said it will be cash, she responded with what? I said it will be cash, ok, I pass her the cash she hands me a drink and close the window and stands talking with another lady almost ten mins she opens then window hands me my food without saying a word and closes the window, I understand it’s 24hr but does that mean customer service goes out the door? The burger looked like a toddler put it together and the fries were ice cold. I don’t think I’ll be going back...

I would have to award the tamarack location, as the Worst A&W. The night staff are terrible at their jobs. Everytime I’ve been, something really big either gets forgotten, made wrong, or just overall sucks. Never fresh. My last time (which was the time I SWORE I’d never go back) they squirted half a bottle of aoli on my lettuce wrapped mozza burger. It was brutal. I drenched a stack of napkins trying to salvage it, but I just didn’t feel like eating half of my Caloric intake for the day, in sauce. And the worst part was I know the female employee did it on purpose. She was annoyed with me for coming back to have them replace my previous order they messed up. I had asked for a bun without sesame seeds(allergy), but got home and realized they gave me sesame bun. So I couldn’t even eat it. Called and explained what happened, The lady didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize, but said she would make a note with my name so they could remake it for me next time I was there. I came back within the week, and nobody had any idea about it. Just all bad experiences! Save your money. Your better off to go home and eat...
