The Golden Spoon — Restaurant in The Meadows

I have mix feelings about the experience in this resturant. For the service I would give them 1 star or probably 0 but for the food chef deserves 4 stars. We went to the resturant on Saturday evening for dinner,it was busy considering the weekend crowd. It was 6 of us,4 adults and 2 children. We had to wait 45 minutes for the main course to arrive, while we were waiting, nobody came to clear our dirty dishes from the apptezier or came to ask if we need anything.We had to go to the front and ask for the drinks,when the drinks arrived they were warm.we ordered pepsi and 7up. When we were drinking it felt like the bottles were open couple of weeks ago and there was no bubbles at all in the pop, it was like all sugar that we drank. One of the guy probably a manager or supervisior was the only one who was saving the fort.The girls who were working,seemed to have no training at all. I noticed the other tables had to go to the front too,to get their attention or to ask for food or drinks.I wish they can train and hire more staff because this resturant definitely has potential. I would definitely try it again...

they don’t reserve tables in that way customers has to either wait or left store not welcoming atmosphere at all their staff or whatever men’s also there they don’t even look customer if they r standing for their turn to sit and dine in resultly customer left store due to un attentive customer service whether u r doing takeout u still have to w8 also even if ur food is ready they don’t pass it’s stays on kitchen counter after 15-20 minutes they give u ur food either u r dining or takeout ur dressing quantity is way to small not even 1oz really disappointing after appetiser there is a wait for upto 30 minutes for main event which is disgusting they open until 9.30 but they don’t even look customer who is standing on door for his turn even if it’s 8.45-9 which shows they don’t want to attend customers between 8.45-9 bcz they r closing i visited there many times am their regular customer i do skip as well as dining but they last time blasted my valentine day bcz they left me nd my husband un attentive i faced ignorance so i left store nd never bin there after that Extremely bad...
