KFC — Restaurant in Edmonton

Do NOT order from this restaurant or KFC. Terrible customer service. Placed an order at kfc online before 6pm. Said it would be delivered by 6:35pm. 7:15 I get a call from skip the dishes saying my order cannot be delivered and would I like a refund, I said yes. I specifically did not order through skip so the restaurant would make more money! Then I get a call from the restaurant saying they can remake the order, no, I would like a refund. They said they do not do refunds and I will have to have to call head office. I called head office and they said the refunds has been issued. Fast forwrd to 8:30 and my food was delivered. They re-made the order and sent it to me, it was delivered at 8:30 and left it on my doorstep. I gave it away. Waited 2 weeks, no refund, i called head office again and they said I have to call the store, called the store and they said no refund, my food was delivered. Called head office again and was told the store needs to approve the refund. Aaaaarg. No more KFC for me, Popeye's it is which I suggest everyone does!!!!!!! This KFC is awesome! We’ve been there last night with my son for the first time to buy a bucket of 10 pcs chicken and combo chicken sandwich and poutine. Everything was perfect, chicken are not greasy and the taste are really good, gravy is way better and the taste is perfect. For my family we will always come back in this place since we are satisfied and the crew especially ALKAID was so accommodating and professional to handle the costumer😊😊😊 I told him before I left last night that we will come back again! Thought that when the Tamarack KFC opened it would be great but in the 3 times I have visited this location they have screwed up my order in the drive through. Forgot fries on the first time, ordered spicy big crunch and got regular the second, then today ordered the sandwich combos for 13.99 and delivered one to my wife's office, and they forgot the fries on both orders??? I had even ordered individual gravies with both combos and a salad each and the still forgot again? My wife got an incomplete meal and I went back making me late for work as they have no phone number available and they replaced the fries. Big deal, thought they could have done more at least promo the next meal or something as I wasted fuel, time and was late for work.
