I wish I could give them zero star. Worst customer service I have ever seen. First, they will give you wrong order, then you have wait in long line to see their supervisor coz they will say ātheir is no order like that which you are talking aboutā. Even though i showed them a recepit, but they were not ready to accept that I was at their drive- thru and they gave me a wrong order. Thatās why I have to show them my Snap story, where only her voice was recorded when my friend was giving order for us. Especailly, the gilrs at drive- thru needs to learn how to talk to their customers. Their attitude was on another level, then another girl came at window and she wants me to hand in my phone to her so that she can delete my Snapchat story. Rather than accepting her mistake she changed the whole topic and started arguing about āWhy i made Snapchat at their drive- thru, also i did a illegal thing.ā I mean girl wake and explore. You cannot stop someone to record publicly as long as they are not showing your face. Have you not seen videoās on internet where people love to show what they order @ drive thru and much more? Even though, we have not shown any of your employeeās face, it was just a simple snapchat for the voice where my friend was placing order. FYI, only illegal thing is to record someoneās private conversation and showing their face without any consent. How come drive thru orders are fall under the private conversation? I am pretty sure that another person in the drive thru line could hear the entire conversation so nothing is illegal here LOL. Sometimes my order was delayed fo about 15 minutes which was only potato wedges and it was not looking fresh and some were burnt, sometimes i ordered caramel iced cap and said to blend it, they did but didnt add chocolate chunks in it. When i asked for that, they made me feel that I didnāt told them to do so. But ehen i ordered same from anywhere else it was in it. But i followed them and alwys tell person to add chocolate chunks in it. But when i ordered same on another day with āā chocolate chunksāā in it after they hand over me my order i asked them there is no any chocolate chunks in it, they simple hide it by saying- it is not served with chocolate chunks in it. Is was like what???? It the same location but different staff. And today i asked them to add chocolate chunks in it and blend it. Which means the ice is already mixed in it i asked to blend the cream in it but they just made me feel that I didnāt ordered correctly they put chocolate chunks and just blend it and after blending put cream on top and served it i was like why only me. Ā Ā Ā Read moreabsolutely horrible service. i went in the drive thru and asked for a small coffee in a large cup which iāve done several times before and these guys wouldnāt understand me. i spoke clearly and slowly and repeated myself many times. they kept on rushing me to hurry up and give the order and when i was done she told me to drive up now in a very rude way. i heard 2-3 girls taking the order and when i got up to the window and asked to speak to who ever took my order, all of a sudden no one knew who it was. the girl i was talking to basically ignored me and went to call who im assuming is the supervisor. she was so extremely rude and instantly blamed me as the customer and said i was probably just speaking too fast. like hello since when did customer service turn to this? then she kept stating she wasnāt the one who took my order even tho i never said it was i just wanted to know who it was and she started raising her tone and telling me that i need to leave and the only thing i can do is talk to the manager tomorrow. then when i said i donāt want to escalate this any further i just wanted to talk to who took my order she got even more heated and said sheās not dealing with us and slammed the window on us. iāve never had this horrible...
