The chicken fry was clearly old, not fresh at all. It wasn’t crispy – just oily and soggy, like they reheated an old piece by throwing it back in hot oil. The fries were the same – stale, limp, and greasy instead of hot and crunchy. Totally unacceptable quality for a brand like KFC. Complete waste of money! When I mentioned the issue, the Indian kitchen women staff got angry instead of handling it professionally. That kind of rude attitude on top of such poor-quality food makes this place a complete disaster. This KFC needs serious improvement in both food and service. I will never return here again!

From what I remember about it twister is the sauce was white thick peppery mail and lettuce and tomatoes weren’t soggy I don’t know what this is but it literally taste like soggy chicken salad. Gross Also my son zinger sandwich was covered in soggy lettuce and the burger itself is pretty much all batter. I was here literally two weeks ago and it wasn’t this bad

I absolutely love KFC, and I have to mention how amazing our attendant, Sandeep Kaur, is! She is incredibly polite and creates a genuine sense of gratitude and appreciation. Her way of showing how much she cares for customers truly stands out. The food was delicious, and the ambience was perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Went and was waiting on the line on Sunday May 9 2022 around 2 pm,A senior gentleman got off his truck,came inside and wanted to use the washroom,He went straight to washroom and the lady told him the washroom is out of order,(No sign posted)the gentleman was deaf and can barely hear the lady,after the lady told her twice,the guy said sorry i cannot hear you properly, the lady named Allise told her in a very rude and disrespectful way YOU KNOW WHAT IM DEAF TOO. He left and went sit in his truck.very disappointing.My wife explained the lady this was not right while I went and talk to this gentleman.He told me this is what we faced when we have a disability.That ruined my day. Respect our seniors please. I really hope there will be a follow up on...

If I could give no stars I would.. I was told it would take my delivery order 40 minutes.. After over an hour I tried to get in contact with KFC to find out where my food was.. I sat in hold for well over 30 minutes just trying to figure out where my food was. The driver showed up after more than an hour and a half later. I had 3 phones trying to speak with someone about where my order was.. When the driver finally showed up, I asked him to get his manager on the phone. Instead he just stood there and looked at me.. I think this is probably the worst service I have ever had.. Absolutely not acceptable, but Hey the call centre sent the store an email to call me. Never received a call. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...

Came here today for the Thursday special. Sassy male employee who talks with an attitude tells me 20 minutes wait. Then I ask for a large fries and large mashed potatoes. Guy in the back goes "Well now its 35 minutes wait". This store has consistently bad customer service. I asked Mr.Sassy Attitude for the guy's name in the back. He goes "Cook".

This staff is horrendous and this KFC needs to get new management. The Thursday Special is your main item on Thursdays you should have that in stock. And I dont appreciate this sassy guy's attitude.
