Ordered kulcha again (in restaurant) Really astonished, by the quality of food they serve. I stand by my previous review. And ffs stop calling it amritsari kulcha. The thing you serve is tandoori alloo prauntha with extra stuffing.
** So I ordered Amritsari Kulcha from skip. It came within 30 minutes. Which mean surely I can’t blame skip for this. Firstly, this is not Amritsari Kulcha. I thought it’s aloo Praunthe, but when i taste it, its not even praunthe. I ordered three plates and all three same disappointment taste, puking kulcha.
Secondly, is this how you cook??? Please don’t reply back with “come to restaurant. Not to order from skip or uber. Taste is different blah blah.”. Driver didn’t cook anything in transit. Restaurant did. And this is worst thing i have seen in Edmonton so far.
Thirdly, whosoever prep this order, surely that person is not happy. Else, who will insult Amritsari kulcha so badly. Seriously, show it to those people who ate this thing since childhood and they are literally feeling disgusted just by looking at it.
Lastly, most of the restaurants, after getting fame reduce there quality. Welcome to that category “the punjab prauntha hut”.
Sometimes person is unable to come to the restaurant for others safety. And this is how you treat them if they ordered online. If you don’t respect your customers, but atleast respect your business, ‘the food’. Please let me know if any one else see and feel that this is not ‘Amritsari Kulcha’. Read moreSeems like there is no customer service they only preferred online order. Don’t have much staff and to serve and even what they have in staff is really rude and unprofessional. I won’t recommend to anyone for dine in. I went with my family they don’t even great their. They had free tables but they want to us to wait as one family reserved a table on phone. And this is not first time before also we had a bad experience they forgot my order.
I think so you haven’t read my review properly. As I haven’t mentioned anything about the food. Second thing there is lot’s of difference in between 5 and 15 minutes and they way you’re on phone and they explain which you’re giving me on google is totally different sir! As you can check I just wrote about the service and I understand the rules for COVID-19. But I am taking about the service to be clear you again not about the food. I hope once agin you got my point. Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer here for a long time, but my recent visits have been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. About 10 days ago, I ordered an item and was given something completely different. When I pointed it out to a new staff member (someone I didn’t recognize, as I’m very familiar with the regular team), she didn’t even bother checking — instead, she started arguing with me, insisting it was correct, without showing any professionalism or basic courtesy. No apology, no effort to resolve the issue — just pure arrogance.
Today, I decided to give this place another chance, but it only got worse. After placing my initial order, I waited nearly 20 minutes just to get the staff’s attention for a second order. When the food finally arrived, they didn’t even clear the dirty plates from the previous order or make space properly — the server just shoved the new dishes onto the corner of the table like they couldn’t care less.
