On multiple occasions now their drive thru service is very underwhelming and slow to say the least. Since ordering from outside is not a pleasant experience when you go inside the establishment, the staff chaos continues to shine through. I do feel the management on site could benefit from additional training in order to be in a better position to support the young staff in dealing with customers and orders. On a side note the chaos, increases when the lobby is filled with school kids creating a noisy environment, disturbing other patrons and the staff make no attempt at controlling behaviours in the store
At the moment (from my experience) the service is way below where it needs to be and makes it challenging to order a meal on the go especially when there is a time crunch on customers.
Update to this original review. Apparently nothing has changed in this location. The customer service is garbage and truthfully the restaurant is pretty unpleasant to the eyes which is why I use the drivethru but once again they do not have the ability to complete that task well. When you do go through just know that there is a fast lane and a slow lane. If you are in the slow lane it’s because the operator is actually doing other things instead of keeping traffic moving according to their manager. Read moreA recent visit through the drive-thru ruined my view on McD's, and I will likely not return to another location. I made an order at the drive-thru of this location. The staff told me to drive to the first window after I gave my order. When I got to the window there was no staff there for about 20 seconds. I did see a car at the second window - so I thought I possibly misheard the staff on the speaker. I went to the second window and the staff (a male) acknowledged me, and there was another staff working near him (female). I saw that the male was being told something from near the area of the first window, and then he looked at me and said: "Uhhhh, you forgot to pay." When he said that, the female standing near him stopped what she was doing and gave me a dirty look, and a third staff came by to do the same. I replied to the gentleman: "I didn't forget. There was just no staff at the other window, and I thought I needed to come to this one." The gentleman hollered back to his colleague: "He said that there was no one there." But I still felt like I was being glared at by multiple people, and silently judged. Read moreWe ordered 2 chicken McMuffin this morning with habanero sauce on it. 1 meal and 1 burger only with a large coffee. Upon checking both burgers were not chicken McMuffin but the stickers says it is. So we had to come back and tell them that the burgers were prepared incorrectly. The cashier was kind enough to punch a new set of burgers and reiterating that both burgers should have habanero sauce on it. With trust, we proceed to the next window to show them the burgers. They took both burgers for replacement. With proceeded to the next window as advised. Another person gave the burgers and apologized for the mistake. So we proceed. However, no habanero sauce upon checking. My wife had to come in the drive through window to ask for habanero sauce. Then the person says it has habanero sauce on it already, but it looks dry. The lady asked again if she paid for it, my wife says that she will not ask for it if we did not pay. What a service??? We used to buy here regularly and we even know the persons serving us the foods. Make some accountability and humbleness when asking your customers. We will not come back if 2x if you provided the food correctly as requested....
