My first time to Mr Sub in many years. I ordered the double smoked montreal meat sub. Ummm... nothing at all like the picture. I'm scared of what the single smoked meat would have in it. See my pictures for the comparison. Come on. I ordered it for 11:45. They were just starting it when I got there at 11:50. It was done by noon. The bun was nice and soft. Easy better than subway. Lots more options to order as well... but the lack of actual meat did not make up for this. Please stop being so stingy or completely change your advertising.

Today, I ordered the spicy breaded chicken, and it definitely wasn’t as good as it used to be. I get that food costs have increased significantly and sourcing fresh ingredients is harder than it used to be, but charging $12+ for a sub and topping it with lettuce and veggies way past their prime is just not acceptable.

This was my favorite place, and if you order in store you won't have any issues at all. However if you order via skip pickup or even worse the Mr.Sub app they will never have your sub made. I tried on 5 separate occasions and every single time they claimed they didn't get my order despite a receipt for that location and payment taken from my account. Every single time their employees did make it right and apologized, their staff is actually VERY good there, it's management that may be lacking here. Also had issues with them not redeeming their loyalty points for free subs. Apparently ordering off skip won't count and that 100% understandable, however I ordered on their app and was again turned down for points because I paid on the app and not in store... ok... so next time I placed my order in store and paid via cash... again was declined points because I had to pay with a card. Luckily, I messaged their Twitter account and got the points and notified them that management may need some more training here. Staff is wonderful, food is amazing, but I just had one too many bad experiences at this location. Mr. Sub makes great food and I will continue going to other locations to support this company, and if you go here please tip your sandwich artist, they may forget to check online orders but when they make it oh my...

Mush! I remember when Mr.Sub was actually good and this was before Subway came around. I hadn't been to a Mr.Sub in a very long time and I would order a super sub and it was pretty good at the time. I looked at the menu and decided on a super club. Front addons are similar to Subway etc. She asked if I wanted it heated and I used to get my sub heated years ago. It seemed that she microwaved it for 4 minutes and I was thinking that I have never needed it cooked. It was smoking alright and 5 minutes later I was in my vehicle unwrapping this sandwich. Ok peeling it from the wax paper more like and part of the top of the bread was glued to the paper and I didn't want it back. I suffered through about 2/3 of this and it had a taste that wasn't appealing so I opened it and the roast beef had a green tinge to it. Hopefully the microwave killed any bacteria and it took hours to get that ugh taste out of my mouth. Can't give this place 0 stars but I can leave a review. Should have gone to Subway. I never will...

I have been to this location several times. Most of the time has been a good experience. Yesterday I placed a larger order (6 subs) online at 11:00 am to be ready for noon as I was under a time crunch. Mr.Sub sent a confirmation text. I arrived just before 12:00 to pick up my order, however, "The printer ran out of paper". Still frustrated, but I do understand things can happen. The part that upset me most, they knew I was in a hurry, they knew this is their error and yet looked after 7 other customers that came in after me before having my order ready. If they can make 7 subs for 7 people, why could they not make 6 subs for one person that was there first. Even if I did not place an order that they did not complete on time, how was I not the next one to...
