Much hype and much failure.
We came in to try a new spin off restaurant, which took 1 hour and was a waist of an hour.
There was no other customers at the time of our order, put in a special request which was missed. Our food sat on the counter which was not hot when got it. Once we checked out food and noticed our request was missed, instead of re-making our food right away they just scooped out the items and gave it back to us. Well I never had this one before, but there’s always a first time.
Regarding the food: the naan has no flavour or seasoning we had two bowls with EXACTLY 5 small pieces of meat, no wounded it’s buy one get one free the tacos which we were told are big have a big naan yes, but nothing to fill it the samosas which are suppose to come with a sweet sauce was missing as well. I have a concern to raise. I visited the place to try some new food at 9:40 PM on a weekday. According to Google and the store hours listed on the door, the closing time was 10 PM. However, when I arrived, the staff informed me that there was no food available because they begin closing at 9:30 PM.
I asked about the posted 10 PM closing time, but they said they could only offer cold drinks. I would like to ask the management: if the closing time is 10 PM, why was no food available? And if closing procedures start at 9:30 PM, why does the sign still say 10 PM?
