I had a very disappointing experience at this pizza store. During my visit, there was a man inside who appeared to be drinking and behaving inappropriately. He was making rude gestures toward me, and shockingly, the staff did nothing about it. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
It’s unacceptable for a place that serves food to allow this kind of behavior, especially when it affects other customers. The lack of action from the staff made it clear that they don’t prioritize customer safety or a welcoming environment.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this store, and I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting. A restaurant should be a place where everyone feels comfortable — this one...

Within the last 3 months I’ve ordered at least 12 pizzas. Over half of them have been incorrect, whether it’s the crust type, the type of pizza or whatever. I’ve complained multiple times and they have said that they know my name and make sure to make it right but they still continue to screw up my food. It’s sad they can’t hire someone good enough to make a simple pizza right. They don’t even deserve minimum wage based on the mistakes they make over & over again. We order delivery. I had finally found a combo that I really liked and it was working for at least 10 months. Suddenly, we got 2 pizzas in a row that were sub-par.
The only phone number available is for a "corporate" centre. They would not give me contact info for the specific location. I apparently was not able to provide feedback to the location or provide more specific instructions.
I actually like their crust and would gladly support them but their operational mechanics...
