Would give zero stars if I could. There is clearly very horrible management at this location, whether the problem lies with the general manager or the hiring manager I am not sure, but there is a HUGE problem. I usually love Panda express and I literally have to go out of my way to avoid this location in order to maintain that stance. Had this particular server today that was very rude, and I mean OVERTLY rude, who literally refused to do her job and close the doors at closing time, then charged two customers for food they literally did not want (for example: she said "we dont have enough chow mein, would you like rice instead" us: "oh no thats okay we really don't like the rice, what you have left of chow mein is fine" her: literally dumps multiple scoops of rice on our food WHILE WE ARE LITERALLY SAYING TO HER FACE "NO NO PLEASE ITS OKAY WE DONT WANT RICE" and she literally dumped it on our whole order to the point we couldnt eat anything....and surprisingly, I am not exaggerating even slightly. This time the person at the counter rushed me when there was no one behind me. I understand that wearing a mask is hard for them to hear people place their order. But I made sure I was loud enough for her to hear. It seemed to annoy her.
I gave her the name on the take out order and she kept checking back and forth and was annoyed at me because she couldn't find it.
She finally found the take out order and proceeded to ask for payment for my order.
At this time she was also trying to take payment from another lady when she wasn't finished with me and was annoyed that my payment was still processing.
I understand how it can be for people in food industry, but there was no one behind me at the time and she was rushing the whole process and was bothered by me. I wasn't slow i was clear and understanding. I was still very thankful and said thank you.
I also asked for hot sauce and got Louisiana Style sauce instead at a Chinese fast food place. Normally they have siracha... i would advise to not even give that type of hot sauce even if you can't source siracha. i would go to popeyes instead.

I called 11am that day to cancel my order I did online but they said they can’t do anything to cancel since I did it online but one lady said I’ll go to the store to show the charged order on my card. So I called wed night but they said morning shift people didn’t rely my issue so advise me to call tomorrow morning to talk to the morning staff. I did but this lady named Jennifer let me wait for 10 min on the phone and can’t help me with my concern, she told me she’s the supervisor and told me to order the item again online and submit a complaint. I kept telling her I can’t even do that since I ordered as a GUEST online. I told her I have the email order details and I don’t want the item so why will I have to order it again.
