I have ordered 2 chocolate brownie extreme blizzards. One of the blizzard is not made properly and it is not at all thick. I asked for a replacement of the blizzard and he didn't try to resolve my complaint but he keeps on saying different following reasons He said there are only two machines and he cannot make a replacement of the blizzard. He said the chocolate blizzard is always like this. I asked him to compare with my other blizzard which is good and he is just inverting it and showing. He then took both the blizzards from my hand and said he will replace it but ended doing nothing.
He started complaining it to the customers that it is how we make it. He started stirring the same blizzard again and again to show that it is good and gave it to us. We finally left the blizzard and came out of the store even after paying the amount because he is not ready to replace it. He also stirred the other customers blizzard to show how it looks but is this etiquette to stir someone's food. This happened to be my friends order itself.
EDIT 1: I was called by the DQ manager after 2 weeks and she agreed that our problem was genuine and she mentioned that she will train her staff on improper behavior. She also offered me a gift card. I am changing the rating from 1 to 3 as I felt the manager was...
Read moreLeaving three stars because of the manager who I had met on Sunday to order a birthday cake. The young lady that attended to me when I came to pick up the cake on April 1st was not so pleasant! Told her what I came there for and she asked if I had paid and I said yes. I have ordered several times and you had to pay in advance the whole amount. There were clearly receipts attached to the cake already waiting and she couldn’t be bothered to look carefully to see that it was paid off. There are ways to confirm if you had paid and of course they always ask for your name so they can grab the right item. She went off to ask another colleague who came and did the right thing by checking the attached receipt. She clearly needs more training! You can’t even order anything without paying and all she needed to do was check the damn receipts instead of the attitude. They do have a nice manager though but this new girl that I haven’t seen there before needs some training on common courtesy and doing her work. Also had to stand there for quite sometime for her to finish chatting nonsense with the customer who she has already attended to while someone is waiting. Treat people decently. Read moreI was just there tonight between 5:30pm-6pm on January 18th and the customer service and ice cream they passed off to me was absolutely horrible.
I simply asked for a mint oreo blizzard with extra oreo and they tried to give me a regular oreo one. Obviously the mint oreo one has a hint of green to it so I mentioned this and they immediately argued with me. I insisted just to quickly mix some mint in it and I'll be on my way but they kept arguing. You guys are an ice cream shoppe; it's not that deep. Relax. If a customer mentions a simple issue, just fix it without being so unnecessarily rude and belligerent. 🤡 You don't have to throw out the entire ice cream, just quickly correct it and move on. I'll never come to this DQ again. 🤡🤡🤡 Clowns work here; especially the male manager who was working at the time. He was the most rude and condescending. I showed him a picture of a blizzard I got from my actual favorite DQ who ALWAYS GET THE MINT OREO BLIZZARD RIGHT to show the difference of what a mint oreo blizzard should look like and he said that they didn't mix it properly.
