Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Edmonton

I am not usually one to complain when I go out to eat. However, I was very displeased with their service. My daughter and I met a group of friends their. They placed their order before ours. It took them over an hour to bring their food. We ordered a large pizza and then was told we could only take advantage of one of the $5.00 deals. The girl did not ask if we wanted refills even though she seen our glasses were empty. We ended up getting our food before my friend and her children did we waited 35 mins after we received ours. Our pizzas were cold because we were waiting for them to get their food so we could eat together. We had a reservation for 6 pm did not leave until almost 8 pm We had left over food from both parties packed up. The waitress mixed our orders up while packing them. We got their pizza and my friend got our pizza. I then had to drive down to Rundel park from St. Albert trail and Yellowhead area to get our pizza back because it was my son's dinner. I will never go to that establishment again. As I said I am not usually one to complain but that experience left me speechless with disgust. I came to this restaurant after i placed and order for pick up. It was a medium chicken caeser pizza. The service was alright at first, i asked for water while i waited for the order to be made, and was an important call. When the order was made, i was in the call. And by the time i came home, the restaurant had called me and told me I had to come back and pay?! How can you forget such a simple thing?? I am not the worker, its not my responsibility to remember such things. I drove all the way back to the restaurant to pay, and was looked at by the entire staff like I had done something wrong. I have previously used this location due to its proximity to my errands. The previous times were about 3.5 out of 5 mostly due to lack of toppings, despite my order. However, on April 15, I just wanted to not make supper. I tried a "box" selection: pepperoni pizza, "Mediterranean pasta" and chicken bites. That was $31.49 plus tip of $4.72, totaling $36.21 which I will not see again. The counter staff seemed pleasant. I will say the pizza was hot. The chicken was hot and it was OK. The pasta was thrown out upon our first bite. It tasted like there was oregano thrown on top of it at the last moment prior to putting cheese on.
