I walked into what I assumed was just another fast-food joint, but what I encountered was an all-out orgy of chaos and incompetence that ruined my day entirely. Read moreOnce again this location got my order wrong in the drive thru. That is 4 times in a row. I ordered a 3 piece tender combo and got a two piece chicken combo. This time I went into the store to raise the issue in person. Supervisor, Katrina, indicated that the errors was mine. Although, the popeye staff member entered an item I did not order, it was my fault because the staff member repeated the order back to me, the order was on the screen and on the bill (although the bill was tuck into the bag when I received the order). My fault, the staff member wrote the order done wrong, my fault for not checking the work of the staff member who should have gotten the order right to begin with. The location does not value its customers. All Katrina and the other supervisor could do was chuckle among themselves like all this was some sort of joke. Joke this - you will never again get my families business and I will inform all those I can that this location should be avoided for lack of customer appreciation and bad service.
We have purchased food from this Popeyes location three time over the past 40 days using the drive-thru. While the food was hot and good, the staff on each visit could not get the order correct. On the platters and combos they either forget a side or got the side wrong. Interesting part is that the receipt is correct and their are checkmarks but the staff still put the wrong item in the bag or do not include it. Read morepulled into the drive thru, one car was ahead of me. they pulled thru, i pulled up to the sign and speaker and was told "please wait a few minutes" which was fine. waited about 5-7 minutes. she came back on and asked for my order. i said "12 piece wings combo-" she didn't even let me finish she said "what 10 piece? we don't have that." i said "12." she said "do you mean cajun wings?" i said "no, theres a combo on your board (attached picture) 12 piece boneless wings, honey garlic." She said "can you take a picture and show me at the window?" i said "uh sure? do you want me to pull up?" She said "yeah." so we pulled up. She didn't even greet us to say to wait for a minute or anything. We sat at the window for about 25-30 minutes. it was so strange no one ever pulled in behind me, no one ever came to the window. i honked the horn twice after waiting the first 15 minutes. i saw a few people inside. idk if they were short staffed but i was very disappointed with the service in this location. i wouldn't have even minded if she asked us to wait but to be flat out ignored for 25 minutes is a little ridiculous...
