I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen with my husband, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome with their exceptionally friendly and warm hospitality. Their genuine smiles and helpfulness set the tone for what was going to be an unforgettable meal.

The food was, of course, incredible. The fried chicken was crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was bursting with that signature Louisiana seasoning that I’ve come to love. The sides were equally impressive- It felt like comfort food at its finest, served with love and care.

What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the atmosphere. It had a wonderful, lively vibe that made me feel right at home. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and had a cozy, family-friendly environment. The staff checked in with us to make sure everything was just right, and it was clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the guest experience.

Worst popeyes for customer service I've been to in the city, the fries were not cold but barely warm, I spent 30$ and they couldn't give 1 free sauce (probably owners practice but whatever)

We sat down to eat our meal and noticed on the TV there was a medical show coming on, we presumed they would change it, we were wrong, so after about 10 mins I got up and asked politly at the cash register if they could change the channel because of what was on, the girl said yes and sorry, satisfied with that answer I went back to the table to find out the person I was there with was totally disgusted with the "pimple popping" medical procedures on the screen, I said they're changing the channel, so we continued to eat. After an additional 5 minutes and several very graphic procedures, I decided to go back to the cash register, and asked again, there was someone else there this time and she kind of stared at me blankly when I asked, so I said can I talk to a manager, when she came over I asked if it was a big deal to change the channel, she said no why? I explained to her what was on the TV and she didn't seem to understand why this would be an issue. So I asked for a to go...

My friend ordered and then the worker turned around and never looked back so I was never able to actually place my order at all. A new customer came in and they finally turned around to greet them but by then I was so fed up with waiting to actually place an order that I just said forget it.

I’m glad I never got to order honestly because I tried some of my friends and it was terrible!

The chicken thighs were bone dry and the blackened cauliflower was dripping with oil and tasted like pickle.

We will absolutely not be back to this location again and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I wish the portions were a little larger for some things though. Sometimes there been a 10 or 15 minutes wait for our food even when it isn't busy, it would be nice if they told us that when we order and not when I ask 10 minutes later.
