Expensive and small portions, this restaurant has a mould/old grease smell like. Staff wearing uniforms outside to smoke then go back in behind counter and proceed to make food for customers. I understand it’s a new location but during this very touchy public health crisis food handling and safety should be the number one priority. Customers sitting at tables and then leaving and staff not sanitizing tables... There are some Positives, staff are wearing hairnets, floors appear to be fairly clean and fresh paint job inside. The fries are always crispy, the cheese curds are fresh and perfectly melted, and the gravy is rich with just the right amount of flavor. The quality was top notch with an extremely flavorful beef spiciness sautéed in a nice extra flavor (prime time). The place was clean, staff polite and respectful, price even reasonable. I'll be going back to try another combination for an enjoyable meal experience.
