PrimeTime Donair & Poutine — Restaurant in Edmonton

Called many times for delivery, told no delivery/ no pre-order. We drove to order 2 Beef Donairs and 2 Beef Burgers . There was so much confusion when I asked to have vegtables and sauces on the side.so it wouldn't be soggy. A refusal actually. Again I explained I wanted the Large Beef Donair as advertised . We did not order what else we came for due to the confusion . Our Donairs came with little pieces of Beef , Not like advertised or how any other Donair Shops in Alberta ,BC or Sask serve them . Why did we not get proper strips of Donair meat as all pictures on your site ? The person on the order desk made the visit uncomfortable and the wrong order confirmed some type of problem . We don't speak their language and that might be the reason for bad order/ service. Our 2 Large Beef/ cheese Donairs for just under 30 dollars consisted of approx 3/4 cup of small diced Beef or meat product with a little lettuce, tomato and onion wrapped with Naan or pita bread . Never found cheese. Usually a Donair from the other reputable shops in Edmonton fill you up. This shop makes you feel like still looking for the Beef. We never got our Cheesy Large Beef Donair as advertised and read on reviews .The second one will go to garbage. Very Dissapointed .... will have to order dinner or wait until tomorrow. Someone please send this shop a Recipie on how Donairs or Cheesy Donairs are served in the Western Provinces ... I would also purchase and order you a Large Delux Cheese Donair from another shop for you or your Staff to see what a Large Donair Meal is all about to enjoy .........Help ! We are...

Now, I'm a man who loves donairs. You take me out for some and we'll be good friends. I first off want to say how much I believe in this place, and how much I love it. It's a real shame that I live in the far north end of edmonton, otherwise I'd be coming here every other day (maybe that's a good thing then!) Don't just take my word for it though! Ask anyone who lives around here or anyone who ever ate there, they'll tell you the same. Now, the reason I love this place so much isn't for the donairs. To be honest, they're my second favorite in the city; still excellent though. No, why I love it is the customization you can do! For one, you can add six different sauces to cook with the donairs! They'll also throw in free things like mushrooms, peppers, things like that into the frying pan and cook 'em in the donair juice. And my favorite thing in the world, nothing has ever topped it; is the original donair Poutine. Don't care what you say, they did it first, THEY DID! I have never eaten such a beautiful mess in my life. Get a proper Poutine (cheese curds, gravy, french fries) throw in sliced donair meat, and tons of that sweet sauce (i'm salivating just typing this out!) and throw in a fork to boot! We have tried calling multiple times in the past, and we tried the other night before we were going to pick up what we were wanting to order and once again THEY NEVER ANSWERED THEIR PHONE at all, once we got to the restaurant we even tried to call while we were in the restaurant and same result of them not picking up the phone and there was absolutely no reason to not answer... Then we seen each table was not cleaned at all, there was food on each one... Over by the napkins and utensils looked pretty empty and didnt look tidy.. I think they need to open their eyes and ears because these things will definitely loose business... Also, the guy infront of us had ordered a donair and the girl was wrapping it, a huge portion of the donair meat fell out of it and then she moved the donair onto a different wrapping paper leaving his donair meat on the first one and she wasn't going to give it to him or even think to place it on his donair.. Like seriously that's what your customers are paying their money towards.. My boyfriend and I spoke up and said dude that is your meal right there gone from the donair and he told her "I want that donair meat put into the bag with my donair" and she was confused like come on seriously... People keep an eye on these little things don't get ripped off...
