Can we give a negative 10? The worst customer service ever. We ordered our pizza early so that our employees could have lunch at noon. In addition, we provided explicit instructions on how to find us because GPS does not work to find our location. We even discussed with the driver on three occasions how to get here because he used his GPS and was lost. Two hours later, not even a cold pizza and our guys returned to work hungry - we were told ... can't deliver your order because you are 14km away. I guess they should have told us that two hours previously. That was just an excuse - the pizza was in his car, we had talked to the driver three times. He was just lost. I would recommend no one order from Red Swan Pizza even if the reviews say it tastes good. Our guys will never know because they had to return to work hungry. I placed at order online through red swan at 8:25pm. I received a confirmation notice on my screen. I called at 8:48PM to confirm they received my order, the man on the phone said they did and it would be here in 10 minutes after confirming my name and address. I called again at 9:50PM still with no pizza? The same man on the phone kept telling me it would be 10 minutes, but when I said he said that 1 hour ago he said that I would have to call skip to get it sorted but I never even ordered through them! Almond flour based thin-crust with super-clean ingredients (manager printed out nutrition info for me) available only in 10" size including sauce and cheese and 2 toppings of your choice - and don't forget the free topping options!
