Went to this place at around 6 pm today, and asked for a veggie burrito bowl. Before I could even specify whether I wanted veggie ground or roasted veggies, the lady at the counter had already put roasted veggies in my bowl, and said because of that, it'd be 3$ extra for veggie ground if I wanted it. She added such little quantity of toppings, and made a face every time I asked for her to add a little more because she had put such little toppings inside my bowl. I didnt say anything because there wasnt much i could really do. I got chips and queso as a side, and to my disappointment, the chips were utterly rancid, so much so that I could smell it and even taste the rancidity. When I went to return it, the second person at the counter refused to take it back, and said the chips had 4 days shelf life and this was made yesterday. I asked him to please smell it because it was so clearly rancid, and he said I was the only customer who had ever complained about it. When I stood waiting, just shocked, he rolled his eyes and almost threw me a dollar coin and said keep the queso and took back the chips.
The burrito bowl tasted good, despite the smaller portion size compared to other places I have been to, however, the attitude of the people in the place was very disappointing. I would really recommend people stay away from the nacho chips at this place, and be warned, the people at the counter can be very rude.
EDIT: On sending a mail as a follow up to the same email id the Owner lists below, I got no reply, and no follow up for over ten days. Doesn't seem like they really care about the service...
Read moreHave given this location too many chances due to proximity and have had problems almost everytime. Take the time to drive to another location and save yourself.
Very consistently out of items, and have had items mislabeled. The latter led to a mild allergic reaction after a big bite was taken out of the wrong burrito.
Last straw? After boycotting this location for the past few months I decided to try again.
Asked for guacamole, employee stated it would be extra charge. I agreed. Towards the end of making the burrito I asked if there was guacamole, employee stated it was. Asked again because I did not see it and the employee added some sauce out of a squeeze bottle. I presume the avocado vinaigrette idk? She called it guacamole. And then why state previously that the guacamole had already been added? I clarified that I had wanted the guacamole and pointed to it. Again the employee insisted she had added it. Why did she add that sauce then?
Start eating burrito and there is no guacamole. Go up front and ask if I had been charged for guacamole since there was none. Employee insisted I was not charged for guacamole. But also insisted they had added it. Then why not charge me for it? No receipt was provided.
I verified that I meant guacamole and not sauce and still the employee still insisted they had added guacamole. Gave up and went back to eating and the other employee came up and verified there was no guacamole and had the original employee bring me a side guacamole.
Which great if the item was simply forgotten, it happens no biggie.
But why argue so much? Why was guacamole...
Read moreStopped in for what should have been a nice fresh meal at mucho burrito. What we were met with was nothing short of dissatisfaction and regret. We tried to order two bowls from what appeared to be a new menu. I asked to to have the peppers/onion mix removed from the preset bowl to be told I could not change anything but could order the build your own. So as I still wanted a bowl and not red peppers I had to order the build your own. Only to discover that each topping build your own cost 25 cents and quick math pegged this at 4.75 more for the build your own bowl. When I questioned this cost he told me his manager would not allow this and he could not change anything. After a short discussion my wife showed him that I was only asking for them to NOT put a topping on. On my wife’s bowl she wanted a full preset bowl and had no deletion or substitutes Halfway through making the bowl he picked it up and walked out of sight to the back with nothing said to us. We questioned him as to why he left with the food and his answer was it was instinct to take it as he needed to get more sauce. We asked for the manager and he said he WAS the supervisor. We then again asked him why he took the food away as we were feeling uneasy about this impromptu action. He said “ at Oodle Noodle you can’t see the food all the time. “. This was not acceptable and we felt that the food was would not be safe to eat.
DO NOT EAT HERE. The ratings on google should be enough to warrant you to run away.
