Remedy Cafe — Restaurant in Edmonton

I love Remedy Cafe. Well, the other locations I have been to that aren't in Southgate mall. Terrible customer service. Waited at the till for so long without a single worker in sight. There were atleast 2 there as well, probably more . However after taking one order they dissapear into the back and fail to even look if anyone else is coming. On top of that. When you're paying close to 13 dollars for a butter chicken wrap... I would expect it to the the same as all other locations. At the Southgate location the wrap was close to half the size as what I normally get when I get one of these wraps. So displeased because I love these wraps and I can usually only ever eat 1 half of the wrap, but this half I had was next to nothing. Whoever is making them should be making them the correct size that they should be. Was also burnt on the outside. For a burnt wrap , half the size of what it should be, not worth the money. I'll stick to going to one of the other...

Just a kiosk. There is no dine-in option, though there is nearby seating in the mall. It has all the wonderful drinks and meals you expect from all the other Remedy Cafe locations, but all served in to-go containers. If you're looking for the full Remedy Cafe experience with real mugs, and fancy Indian tableware, pick the next closest Remedy. If all you're after is chai or food to go, then this is your place. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is I searched Google Maps for the closest Remedy Cafe so a friend and I could grab dinner, ended up here and was disappointed to find out it wasn't the dine-in experience I expected from other Remedy locations. I absolutely love Remedy Café inside Southgate Mall! Their Chicken Wrap is my go-to meal—it’s delicious every time. Whenever I’m near Southgate Mall on my break, this is my first stop. The staff are so friendly and accommodating; since I’m a regular, they even take my order over the phone and have it ready by the time I arrive. It’s such a time-saver when I have only a short window to grab food and get back to work. They also make sure my chutneys are exactly how I like them every time.
