Jugo Juice — Restaurant in Edmonton

UPDATE 27/07/2025: Jugo responded to my review and said to email them at the email they provided. To date, a whole week later, no one has the decent courtesy to respond to the email. Definitely would not recommend here to my friends when they travel on vacation because of this poor customer feedback situation as a first time customer.

First time Jugo Juice buyer. Jugo Juice had buy 1 get one 1 free today on Uber Eats and I ordered the Dragonfruit Coconut Cream drink because it looked milky and nice seeing it has Coconut cream. I also paid extra to add the passion pearls to each drink.

The drink was sour as ever, maybe due to one of the ingredients. The Coconut cream quality clearly was poor as the liquid separated and looked grainy in no time. The sourness overpowered any possible Coconut flavor.

I'm a boba person and I'm used to Coconut milk/ cream drinks and they don't separate on me when consuming one time.

I also did not receive the pearls in the drinks and that was disappointing.

I called the store and told the person who answered the phone about it and was told she probably forgot and she is still new. While she was very polite to me and offered to put it for free if I come into the store another time, I'm not sure I'm interested in trying another drink. At least I'm not gonna pay for it. The 2nd free ordered drink is still in the fridge as the other person couldn't drink it. It will be thrown away unfortunately.

I have been to a lot of Jugo Juices but this location is the worst. First of all, I ordered the Apple Orange and Carrot fresh pressed juice and the cashier overcharged me by couple dollars more. On questioning, she said I am only allowed two fruits or She will be charging me more for the third juice. This has never happened to me before l but instead of fighting I agreed to HER RULES and asked to remove 'Apple' and just asked for Carrot and Orange Juice. When she was making my juice she only put 1 Small Orange and all the rest was all carrots in the Original Size. My juice looks blood red with no taste of orange whatsoever. Went to purchase a smoothie on April 19th, and I attempted to pay with a Jugo Juice gift card. The clerk obviously didn't know how to process the gift card and asked me to pay with debit. When I said I rather used the gift card, he gave it one more try and then signalled me to get out of line for the next customer because in his words "it was too difficult." I then took my gift card to another location and they processed it just fine, so there was nothing wrong with the card, just inability...
