First time at Presotea, was extremely unimpressed from beginning to end. Firstly, had trouble understanding the menu and how different things can be combined, stood there for about 10 minutes at the counter visably confused, until I asked for someone's attention to which the response was effectively "if it's on the menu you can order it". Next, the front facing tipping option is ridiculous. At $7 per beverage, why do I need to be socially pressured into tipping, especially if I'm yet to recieve the drink & my experience with the staff thusfar was subpar? I understand a tip option, sure, however to be facing the public on a large tablet screen is just hilarious. I ended up tipping anyways (not because I was impressed.. at all, but felt socially pressured by the eyes peering behind me, also with the digusted look on the cashiers face when the person before me didnt tip.. which I could cleary see), then I got the actual drink and man was I disappointed. I got the Panda Tea(?) And my partner got the earl dirty tea, both were extremely disappointing. The boba itself was good, but the drink literally just tasted like water with a teaspoon of milk and sugar. All in all a terrible experience, and I really regret...
Read moreThere was only one other customer present when I arrived, she had already ordered. I ordered two drinks and 15 minutes later I still didn't get neither of my drinks, although I could see them both sitting on the counter behind the workers. Their machine to put the lids on seemed to be broken, which is understandable, and I did not notice until a while later, but I don't understand why they made me wait a total of 20 minutes without even offering me another kind of lid (which is what they ended up doing after I finally asked what was wrong). They never told me that anything was wrong and I had to wait a whole 20mins and ask why it was taking so long before they finally offered a solution. I feel like it's common sense to at least offer a different lids instead of making customers wait 20 minutes, on top of creating a lineup. Glad I didn't have anywhere to be after that! Except I did...and I was late. Definitely won't be back, not blamimg the machine, but common sense and customer service...

Expected a new employee to memorize 200 plus ingredients in less then a week, refused to allow hands on experience, never wanted to trained properly , refused to give pay check till told they must, let them go in front of customers etc. super unprofessional and needs to be addressed by head office. Wouldn’t recommend just because of the management
I love how you’re back pedalling now on your reply. Never ever once allowed her to do hands on to learn drinks etc u stuck her behind till. U did let her go in front of customers and staff can’t lie I was there. She also told u apon hiring she hands on to learn as that’s how her brain works. Instead each time she didn’t memorize the crazy amount of things u shoved her to the back or on till. I’ll leaving negative reviews till u finally get you were very very wrong in what u did. I know all the labour laws, customer service etc as been in business...
