If only there was a zero stars option. The server was nice but someone lost our order, we waited over an hour for our food. We were patient, asked after an hour where it was, we were told the kitchen misplaced the order and were putting it through right away. Understandable it happens but then orders were mixed up and not fixed, instead just told well this is what you ordered at that point we were just hungry and wanted to eat. My family member realized after drinking a full glass of water he was drinking out of a dirty glass that had brown running down the sides, after 6 of the 7 orders at our table came out they still forgot my simple order of toast, hash browns and an avocado that was unripe and hard. My other family member ordered a tea, that was also forgotten about, she had to ask where it was a couple times. Don’t bother going to the washroom either, you won’t have soap to wash your hands. On top of the experience we had that management was fully aware of, we still were given the bill with no compensation or apology. I have never been to a restaurant where they were aware of the errors made and didn’t offer an apology at the very least. Instead of having any managers come over to speak with us to say anything along the lines of “ I apologize for the experience today” my dad had to approach the male manager, where he was argumentative and justified everything because it was “busy”, well it wasn’t that busy, there was no wait time for a table, there were some empty tables. They need to work on customer service, communication is key. The waitress however came back with the bill and said “ because we longer have a seniors discount on the menu we gave you one “. The seniors discount is 10%, its better than nothing but will be sure not to recommend this location to...

"Sit anywhere", but when you want the last open booth she side eyes you and pops an attitude because it had a mug on it and needed a wipe(we knew this, and happily would have waited - no hurry!)
Ordered our food, she asked if we wanted sausage or bacon. We told her it came with both, she said no. Had to read the menu back to her. Like, she actually argued with us about the menu. She asked if we wanted cubed or shredded hashbrowns. We were unaware it didn't come with it. When we asked for the pancakes, she said it didn't come with pancakes. Again, argued about the menu and we had to read it back. She then said "well, you got hashbrowns instead. Do you want to order a side of hashbrowns".
One person in our party never received cutlery. She took a drink cup for refill, and we had to actually ask for her to bring the refilled cup back.
We asked to speak to the manager, he was OK. Apologized for it, said he'd speak with her. Then, she walked by and actually flipped us the bird afterwards.
Food is good, provided you memorize the menu for yourself ahead of time. Avoid the taller waitress with the fake red hair - she's just super salty.
We received no compensation at all on our bill, nor an apology from our waitress. She didnt even come to bring us our bill, another waitress stepped in....
Read moreWe've been here a few times, normally it's ok. Not sure what happened, but we got here at 545, and the waitress got our drinks and food orders right off the bat as one of my kids told her what she wanted. A long stretch later, realize it's been 50+ minutes, and our food still hasn't come. Asked the server, "oh, it just got busy all at once." Barely any sense she gave a crap. We were just about to leave, and food finally comes over about 3 minutes. My order, completely overcooked. I ate it anyway. My guest's fish and chips, one fish burnt, the other raw. Dairy allergy mentioned but came wity tartar sauce anyway. the kids food, my son found the veg half cooked, and their salmon bleh.
We got comped the one meal, but the server skipped giving one kid their ice cream. She seemed like she just wanted us gone even though we hadn't done anything but point out hey, this is BS. Didn't bother saying anything else once I realized she didn't...
