its a joke of a restaraunt, always closed when i try to order from skip the dishes, cant their times right and they dont do delvery, lame

" UPDATE" they Actually did accept the order for once, through skip the dishes....i did get a prompt saying they may need additional time to make the order, this is not a big deal to me at all, thanks for the heads up...honestly the order didn't even take that long at all, so, the Pizza i got was DELICIOUS. its definitely one of the best on the north side without a drought, i also had the buffalo chicken calzone...it was good when i started eating it, but the more i ate the saltier it got, i wasn't impressed by it "taste" wise, but the thing was HUGE, definitely good bang for your buck if you like calzone....i never order calzone but i decided to give it a try...i didn't like it, but that's nothing against Cals Famous, im just not a Calzone guy, maybe i shouldn't have got the buffalos chicken one, idk, if i order from them again it will definitely just be getting 2 pizza's as they are definitely in the TOP 3 on the Northside, if they can accept orders within 1 hour of their closing times i will definetly order from them agian, and will change my "Stars Rating to 4/5 simply cause i didnt like the calzone, i may update this again once i try more of their pizza's. I've been in the area for over twenty years so that being said I as well as several guests I have had throughout the years have had the pleasure to order from here. I will say that this is now the third time in a row that I have ordered from here and said that it would be the last time. I will say the food is always been very tasty however the last three times I have gone on to get my order I have either been ignored because they were too interested in the skip the dishes orders, or just plain made eye contact but never said a word nor made any acknowledgment to me. This evening I went in to pick up am order for pickup. They told me 15.... no.male it tl20 minutes. I said see you in 25 and showed up 30 minutes later only to wait 7 minutes before being acknowledged only for the guy with the mohawk to be told by the cook that it was ready, packed up and sitting ther. Got home and the food was already cold and getting soggy. Three times the charm! Never will I spend another dime here as the manager with the stupid haircut has lost his definition of customer service or satisfaction. It wasn't too long again I would go here and they would give me free food and when they said five minutes for pickup you weren't going ther and waiting extra time. What ever happened to thos establishment I dont know, but that's it for me! Great run,...

I was having the worst day in a very long time. I picked up my child and we were next door. My son always lifts my spirit and being his last day of school I decided to treat him to dinner at SAL's Famous...We are no strangers to this place because I'd usually order Donairs through Delivery with a side of Poutine because THE FRIES ARE THE BEST...But TODAY my son chose a burger and I followed his palate. He got a BACON BURGER and I couldn't decide so I asked the attendant what she reccomends. When I tell you that ROCHANA was Patient, Informative and Attentive, I mean it. I decided on the MOZZA BURGER. Rochana suggested that we get the deal. And boy was she on point!!! We got 2 Humongous BURGERS, FRIES and 2 POP for 21BUCKS. They were Loaded with FRESH Ingredients like LETTUCE, ONION RINGS, CHEESE and SAUCE amongst other yummy goodness. But the STAR of this experience is ROCHANA, she is FRIENDLY, KIND, CARING and BEAUTIFUL. ROCHANA uplifted my spirit, she made US FEEL WELCOME. MY experience here is unforgettable and I will be back to enjoy something new and to see my new friend ROCHANA and the rest for more...
