Starbucks, due to its success, sets the bar against all other coffee shops are measured by. But how does Starbucks compare to Starbucks? Well, THIS Starbucks compares very well.
As far as food and beverage quality goes, Starbucks is remarkably consistent store to store. So, if you like the Starbucks taste you will like it here. If you don’t then you won’t like it here either.
As far as location and interior décor this Starbucks is as good as any other. The parking lot is a little awkward, but for the most part this Starbucks delivers pretty much exactly what you expect.
The service here, however, is exceptional – even when compared to other Starbucks. My server (Shae, I believe) wasn’t merely pleasant, but genuinely seemed happy to see me. She took obvious pride in her mission to serve others and add just a little bit of extra comfort and happiness in the world. In today’s self-entitled world, precious few understand the true dignity that serving others affords.
I walked into this Starbucks with high expectations of their quality of product. Those expectations were exceeded by their quality...
Read moreGave 1 star more than I wanted to because 0 wasn't an option. I visit other Starbucks daily and the service keeps me coming back. Was forced to use this location twice and the experiences were enough to make me choose double doubles from tims as my drink off choice! Good customer service here is as the calcium chloride solution improving the winter driving conditions. Between the grunts from the bald headed bearded man from the eye rolls from the young lady with glasses and septum ring to the looks they give each other to acknowledge that we are making the world a better place serving people who don't want just a regular brewed coffee! If you don't want add a pump of syrup or frof a bit of milk go work at Tims! I felt like a massive inconvenience trying to pay for the same 2 drinks I buy every other day. Not a please, thank you, good morning, have a nice day to be heard. Advice; avoid this location and use the 2 locations on ellerslie as their...
Read moreI came to this location to do some work about a week ago. I ordered a matcha iced latte. I knew I had said “matcha” as I read it from the menu. When my drink came out, I was confused as it was a normal iced latte. I asked the teller girl (Kelsea) whether this was my drink or someone of the same name. She said it was mine, I proceeded to tell her I ordered an iced matcha latte. Instead of standing up and admitting to her mistake, she denied I had said that. She did not make me a new drink. I could not drink the latte, so I simply ordered my matcha drink, making sure to emphasis “matcha”. As a wealthy and professional young woman, it was not about the money, it was that she did not offer to make me another drink. Ironically, the kind manager was speaking to a group beside me, telling them to speak up when their drink is incorrect. I should have simply spoke to the manager as she seemed so understanding and kind. I have no respect for this type of...
