THE THAI EXPRESS CREW AT SOUTHGATE MALL (FOOD COURT) WAS VERY RUDE AND NO MANNERS AT ALL.. THEY DONT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE, WE ORDER FOOD AROUND 830PM MONDAY NIGHT ME AND MY FRIENDS. WE ORDERED OUR MEAL AND THE CREW/CASHIER APPROACHED US VERY RUDELY AND BOSSY, SEEMS LIKE WERE ARE NOT A CUSTOMER . AFTER THAT WHILE WAITING FOR OUR MEAL THERE TALKING INFORNT OF US IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE AND LOOKING ON US BADLY, THEY TREAT CUSTOMER STUPID AND THE FOOD TASTE LIKE PAPER , TASTE BURN WE PAID ALMOST 45$ WE GOT A GARBAGE FOOD ... FROM NOW OWN I TELL TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVEs NOT TO EAT AT THAI EXPRESS SECTION AT SOUTHGATE MALL. POOR AND BAD SERVICE, RUDE CREW FOOD NOT GOOD... 😠😡

My wife’s favorite food court stop. She consistently orders the large Tum Yum soup. However, to our displeasure one of the chefs told the other chef in Mandarin to use a smaller size than she paid for. Not knowing my wife speaks fluent Mandarin, she confronted them about it stating that other people who ordered noodle soup received the typical size she usually receives for her Tum Yum soup (a large clear container). They tried to cover it up by saying that particular customer ordered extra noodles, not mentioning anything about changes to their menu. The customer service was not the great customer service we are typically accustom to. We won’t give them our business unless this typical location reaches out to make things right. One...

Not the best Edmonton location that I've ordered from. Consistently have had issues with incorrect orders. Today, I ordered the General Green curry (the curry with battered chicken) from the menu and the cashier kept insisting that that was not an option. When I clarified by pointing to the menu option (3G), she confirmed my order and sent it through. I did not check the order until I reached my destination (this part was my mistake), but it was the regular chicken and I had been charged the higher price for the General chicken.
