Our first time at this specific Old Spaghetti factory as we have been to one in Jasper as well. This location when you enter is not stroller friendly ( no way to take the stroller up unless you carry it with someone else or disassemble and reassemble at the top of the stairs 🙈) . We had to carry the stroller up the steps and baby seperate in the carseat. Unless I am missing something , is there another entrance that is more accessible to those with wheelchairs or strollers? If you are traveling with a little one just bring the carseat in with baby, don't bother bringing the stroller in. It will be a pain to also menuver around the corners when you get to the top. We got seated and the ambiance was lovely. The decor and the music playing was nice but not Italian so that would have been better if it was as a suggestion to the restaurant. It's a very affordable restaurant as they have all inclusive meals for about $20 which include the starter, the main and the dessert. It also includes unlimited bread ( you will probably have about two rounds at the table while you wait for food) and then some tea at the end aswell. If you are going with family then choose the all included option entree so you don't have to worry about added cost. The bill was less than $60! For our family of 6 ( 2 adults, a 6,8 year old and a 2yr old and 4m old. We had two entrees ( dad and 2yo shared, me and my 6 year old shared) and one kids meal ( my son who eats alot) with refillable nestea option ( highly recommended). The food tasted delicious and not spicy or anything, Kids loved it(If you have a picky kid though the spaghetti meatball sauce has big chunks of tomato so heads up 🙈🤷🏽‍♀️, maybe order something else) If you are going to go with the kids meal it is quite alot so sharing and adult meal would be better if it's you and a little one saves you some money. If you are looking for a cost friendly location to take the family then definitely check out this restaurant. Stick with the all Included meal option and your bill won't be too high 👍❤️. The garlic bread is amazing, order extra butter on the side, you will need it. I would like to suggest that the restaurant bring extra plates and little spoons when you see you have a table with three kiddos. We had to wait a while for extra plates and small spoons for their little fingers and the kids were getting impatient. I would hope that next time it's a bit quicker as kids are very impatient but hey they are kids so what can you do🤷🏽‍♀️. Happy eating and Follow me for more authentic real reviews from...

Hello! I like this place, but yesterday 28 April 2025 this service make me very upset and stress also I am pregnant!

First yesterday you like not very busy when I reservation table online first available table show me 8:45 pm when I am arrived here have just few guest inside I don't know why time show like this?

After him leave fast and run everywhere after him start clean table after him start served empty table.

This what you teach and have training guest not first?

After him bring for us water and juice and not ask any question about complete order and we not have time to say for him we need finish our full order him give water and run again fast

After other waiter girl she bring calamari for my husband and I am ask she honest but I am pretty angry this time I tell she please can you finish our full order we wait more time our waiter man but him not take care of us she say we order just calamari I say no this boy him not take our full order and run everywhere.

We've always had a pleasant experience at this location. They have a pretty decent kids menu with a few different options for meals, and it includes a soup or salad to start, milk/juice/pop, unlimited bread with garlic butter, and ice cream for dessert. They also have coloring pages and Crayons for the kiddos. All adult entrées also come with the bread, soup or salad, and ice cream as well as coffee or tea to end the meal with. The lunchtime menu (daily until 4 pm) has a few half portion sizes of various meals available. You will spend, on average, $25 per person (if you don't get any appetizers). They offer fresh ground pepper and parm cheese. The restaurant has mainly table options for seating, and the chairs have tall backs with no arm rests. They have highchairs and booster seats for use. There is a train car in the middle of the restaurant that can sit 12-14 people at maximum, but you do have to be able to go up 2 steps to get into it. The restaurant itself does have a staircase (of 6 steps) at the main entrance doors. It has handrails on either side, but no wheelchair access is available. The washrooms have 4 stalls, but no disability/handicap stalls and no change table for babies. There is a large dresser in the woman's washroom that could potentially be used to change a diaper if required. This location is a good place to go if you want a reservation for a large party (10 plus) because they have some spacious open sections where they can put several tables together. Parking is either on the street or in the parkade across from the restaurant (both require payment). The servers are always friendly, and management often checks in on tables to make sure everything is going well. The place is spacious, clean, and has nice soft lighting. On your birthday, they typically give you a free slice of cake with a candle to blow out and a gift certificate to use on...
