Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Edmonton

This is the most slowest, worst service of Tim hortons I have ever come across. Even when you make a simple order of cookies they get that wrong. I made an order and while I was making my order the young gentleman spaced out. turned his head while I was talking and started daydreaming. Then asked what I wanted. After he zoned out. You can order cookies but get a muffin, ask for a certain coffee and get something way different, or nothing at all. There was a point where I was going to go behind the counter and do it myself. The bagel was done being toasted and it sat there for about 5 minuites. With the same guy my mother went there and she made her order she waited 20 mins and he forgot to get her the order, She said he was too busy looking in the coffee pot for longer then 5 mins . The supervisor who is a lady with glasses NEVER smiles and rolls her eyes constantly, but if she helps someone who is phillipeno her customer service is golden. I hate going there I started going to the safeway location. They get nothing right, they are very slow there is only 3 workers who have a good attitude. I do not recommend going there if you are in a rush as you have to repeat yourself numerous of times, and wait...

Years of dissatisfaction.. I get prepaid fuel cards for my work vehicle for shell and this is the location in my area. So out of convenience and the hope of change after staff turn over; I’ve been a customer at this location dozens of times. There hasn’t been a single time I can remember that has been a good experience. The coffee never tastes like Tim hortons coffee, I get a double double; it tastes like 6 sugar 1 cream, never stirred and barely warm CONSISTENTLY. The food is always hard and stale, including buns for sandwiches. The food items made by staff is always either burnt, or missing ingredients and no one knows how to make new promotional items the company features. As a result I’ve completely avoided purchasing food from this location. This location just needs to be shut down honestly. Well it says it’s open until 11pm when I googled the hours. It’s the Tim Hortons inside the gas station. However, I went there last night (Wednesday) at around 9:40pm and I walked inside and the girl working told me she was closed. The lights were still on and the menus were still on and she was talking to the guy working in the convenience store as he was over on that side. I asked her what time it closes at and she said 9:15pm (which I thought was a weird closing time). She told me she didn’t have any coffee left.

Seems to me the employee who was working just wanted to get off her shift and close the store so she was more focused on getting their closing tasks done rather than serving customers until closing time. I ended up driving to the Tim Hortons in Hawkstone...
