I just left there and I had asked for 2 snack size funky monkey and a regular size Matcha monsoon. I got three funky monkeys so I went back and told them I ordered a regular matcha monsoon and they both argued with me and said that’s not what I said. I have been going to booster juice for over 12 years and I only order a Matcha monsoon. With booster juices being almost $9 you think they would have apologized and made a new one. Instead they didn’t even apologize they just kept saying that’s not what you ordered.

Also the 2 they made that my kids drank were watery and not good. Maybe next time when someone walks in you could say hi how are you? instead of when they are not even to the counter saying what can I get for you! Also not even saying thank you and have a good day!

Terrible experience at this location. I go to Booster Juice in Mayfield Common everyday and they get my order right. Calling wood got my order wrong twice and argued with me about it in front of a bunch of other customers creating an uncomfortable embarrassing scene.

Spinach is in it - add kale

I asked for the same thing at this Callingwood location beside the Second Cup and She made me a TropiKale and Added Spinach. I proceeded to tell her it's wrong based on the fact the drink tasted like Tropikale, it was purplish and not green like the.spinach is in it and I watched her do it the second time.

If this is a franchise and the person reading this happens to be the person helping me I would recommend you read the ingredients under the drink "Spinach is in it".
