I recently visited Pho Kim and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Pho: The pho was made using dried instant noodles rather than fresh ones, which was quite surprising. The beef was overcooked, and the soup base tasted artificial, likely made from powder rather than being carefully braised with bones. I couldn’t confirm, but there might have been MSG added. Additionally, the bean sprouts were already cooked, which took away from the fresh and crisp texture I typically enjoy. Although the staff spoke Vietnamese, I still questioned the authenticity of the dishes. Bun: The grilled pork and beef were cut into strips rather than the usual pieces, which felt like an attempt to showcase cutting skills but made the portions appear smaller. The saving grace of the meal was the spring roll, which was freshly deep-fried and enjoyable. Overall, while the spring roll was good, the overall experience wasn’t enough to make me want to return. There are plenty of excellent Vietnamese restaurants in town that offer better quality and authenticity.

If you find this helpful, give it a thumbs up! Customer WiFi: no Washrooms: yes Power outlets: no Pet friendly: no Parking: free parking lot Food/Drinks: good portion sizes and meat to noodle ratio. Only one size option on the menu but there is a large size option but you have to ask for it. Good flavors a little more floral. Service: our server didn't seem like she wanted to be there and was very meh whatever. Took our order and got us our food Atmosphere: small and cozy restaurant tucked away in callingwood. Not the most comfortable restaurant If you found this helpful, let me know by leaving a thumbs up!

This place is so good! We ordered the beef pho satay, pad thai and Thai chicken curry with a side of rice to eat with the curry. The pho satay was my favourite. It had a really savoury and sweet flavour that works and is amazing. It was also pretty spicy but I loved it! We digged into the chicken curry before taking the pic lol. Everything we ordered was delicious. I’ve also tried the fried rice and spring rolls before. The fried rice is really good too but the spring rolls have taro in it and it’s still good and yummy. I just prefer mine without it. Definitely will be coming back soon

I always order here but after today I will not be. Im a mother of three and sometimes I look like a bag of mess and that’s okay but when I placed my order over the phone and went inside to pick up , the lady who served another lady before me was so polite and nice to her, anyways I went to grab a menu to see maybe I might order another item. Once it was my turn I told her I had ordered pho but she didn’t hear me so she spoke out to me rudely asking me what numbers on the menu did I want she said it twice and spoke so rudely again - I said no I am here to pick up my order of pho and I pointed at the bag that was for me and she immediately changed her attitude and said oh this is your order and spoke in a way better tone to me like a normal human being but before that , I felt that she was being rude because my hair was in a mess and I wasn’t properly dressed I guess I’m not sure but I definitely had messy hair didn’t think I’d be so profiled and talked to so rudely by this lady. Anyways I just wanted to say that thanks to the lady at PHO KIM who was very rude to me , you lost a...

So me and my daughter went there today, felt no welcome. The waitress was extremely unprofessional/rude. Had to grab on my own a high chair for my baby. She was busy cleaning and couldn't offer a high chair nor drink as it supposed to be but all she said I'm busy... Again , two people were attending this place. Later she came over and over if I'm ready to order. Once I was she was on the phone over the counter , and I said what I want , but she is not helping and even earlier for suggestions for my baby to order pasta/noodles or whatever you guys call it.... Anyway I felt not welcome and the waitress was at fault, I ordered food and this place was suggested by a friend , now I regret, will never come back . Sorry kitchen peoples , I'm sure food was great , but I'm sorry not gonna sit in a place where I'm...
