I'm not sure how or why they are doing it, but they don't put the proper proportions of cream and sugar in their coffees. A double double is so basic and common, yet almost every day I go back through the drive through and return it for one made right. And what's weird is they almost always ask, before I tell them, "was it not sweet enough?" As though they know they don't put enough in. Very annoying, very stupid. If you can't make something as simple as a coffee, using machines that portion out the ingredients for you, just stay home. Seriously. Some people might say, why do you go back every day then? Its been like this for months, everytime I have to call the tim hortons to ask a question, whether to see if they are open still, cause the hours online dont reflect the existing hours on a holiday for example...or to see if the ice cap machine is operating since it tends to shut off an hour before hand, I have to call the 711 to ask these questions, its been the 3 or 4th time in these passing months I've had to do this.
