Ever since Triple O's first opened in Edmonton, I've been excitedly looking forward to trying it for a very long time. On Friday January 28, 2022, I finally got the opportunity to try Triple O's for the very first time, and it disappoints me to say what an awful experience, absolute shame, and totally horrible first impression Triple O's was. Seldom do I ever write a review or give feedback of any kind, (whether it may be good or bad), but this specific experience deserves to be heard by everyone planning to eat here, especially for a company that claims "they're committed to their guests". From the moment I walked in to Triple O's Chevron Location in West Edmonton, the confusion among the staff, including the lack of confidence, and lack of enthusiasm towards the customer was astonishing, unlike anything I have ever witnessed at a fast food restaurant before. Nonetheless, I didn't want to judge too quickly, so I placed my order and specifically explained 3 times to not include a couple of ingredients (sauce, etc.) in my burger due to a strict health restriction/allergy. After receiving my order and confirming with my cashier (for the third time) to make sure that those ingredients mentioned were not included in my sandwich, she confidently said "yes" and that she "made sure". After driving home, and opening up the sandwich, I noticed those ingredients were in fact included in my sandwich, ultimately not allowing me to eat my food.
I had to then drive back to Triple O's at Chevron, and explain to the cashier that my sandwich was made incorrectly, only for her to ask in the utmost lack of respect and confusion : "ok.. so what do you want me to do with it?..". At which point I realized what an awful disappointment this establishment was. After they finally managed to make another new sandwich for me quite reluctantly so it seemed, the manager this time brings it to me, also sharing the same lack of enthusiasm/poor attitude similarly to the previous cashier. She hands me the bag with my sandwich and says : "so.. is there anything else I can fix for you today" in a tone as if, she was doing me a favor, when I was the one who was inconvenienced, in addition to having the remainder of my order at home, that has now became cold after having spent over $30.00, has now ultimately gone to waste.
I finally managed to get home (again), only to open the remade sandwich to find this time that it was cold and bland, and for the chicken to be slightly uncooked/chewy and cold. At this point I was so frustrated, I threw everything in the garbage. Clearly at this point, I realized there was no point in going back to Triple O's Chevron for a third time again, for more lack of respect, attitude, and further waste of my time. From this experience I can tell you that this was my first and absolute last time eating at Triple O's, and I will recall my negative experience encounter with anyone who mentions, or is wanting to try Triple O's. It honestly was the most humiliating and disappointing fast food experience I've ever had, and a direct example of hypocrisy to everything this organization's brand claims to uphold in legacy and promises, a total shame and disappointment at its finest, a definite 0 stars overall.
Diners beware, I kindly urge you to please save your money and time, and to reconsider dining anywhere else but Triple O's Chevron West Edmonton, in another establishment that will actually own up to their mistakes, or at the very least simply say the simple words of "sorry" or "We apologize for the...

They have a drive through and a counter where you can order inside, so I went with ordering inside. There was only one other order placed that I could see while I was there however it was for 4 milk shakes and it takes them a while to make a milkshake. It took over 10 minutes for me to get my order which was just a milk shake and burger with a 6oz patty. The Burger was a premade patty, it still tasted nice, the lettuce and tomatoes also okay. The bun is enjoyable and it’s a tasty burger over all for a premade patty ($12). The chocolate milk shake was good and its $7 so a bit pricey overall. The only problem I can see with this place is that the time it takes to get food is too long. If I’m eating a burger from a gas station it has to be faster. The Milk Shakes are good but the time it took the girl to make them was again, too long. It could be that the staff are new and haven’t found their stride, I was there back on June 19th 2022, so maybe it’s better. They really need to reduce their prices a bit, its just that $19 for a burger and shake no fries...
Read moreAverage food...Abit disappointed..Too expensive.. We ordered multiple items, buttermilk chicken burger, spicy chicken burger, double burger, fries, onion rings, parmesan fries and drinks. The onion rings had too much crispy batter and no onion flavour. The double burger had good flavour but luckily we had 2 patties to really taste the meat, patties are abit thin. The fries had a good potato flavor and worked well with the tasty gravy. The real winner was the parmesan and garlic fries, tasty flavour throughout. The chicken burgers again had thin patties so the flavor of the chicken was not apparent and both burgers had way too much sauce on them. The food is basically okay but that's it.. there are better choices out there, at...
