I wanna share the worst customer service my family received from this restaurant,
It was my family's first time here, and they wanted to try it out as they've never tried it before. When they walked in at the restaurant they were met by a lady server who already was giving them attitude, my family were wanting to try the boneless wings, take note my family were not born and raised in Canada and they have never tried boneless wings in Canada before so they asked the server "if the boneless wings are actual wing part" to which the server responded "YES IT IS" so they decided to order. When they got home they saw that it was not an actual wing, it was all white meat so they called to complain. The girl who served them was so rude, she said that she does not know what comes out of the kitchen and that she just takes orders and serves it, my family asked for her name but she did not want to give her name and even commented that my family can complain all they want but she will not get in trouble. My brother spoke to the manager where he offered to give a refund, 10 days later no refund yet but they received an email from the Director of operations Mike Chadi, the email was also kind of rude, on his email he said âa reasonable person would know that a hamburger doesnât contain ham and that a buffalo wings is not a wing of a buffaloâ which sounded more like an insult instead of an example and he also mentioned the "Boneless wing lawsuit" which he suggested my family do some light reading on. I read the lawsuit and from my understanding it's about a false advertising, which I think is different from what happened to my family. The were not sure about the boneless wings but unlike Mr. Mike Chadi they did not assume, they asked the server and she confirmed YES IT IS.
Mr. Mike Chadi said they are a small business and working very hard to survive so they will not give a refund. I think Mr. Mike Chadi Director of Operations should focus on how his employees provide customer service to their customers. The server was rude, unwilling to help and gave the wrong information but they did nothing about it but after reading the email from the Director of Operations Mr. Mike Chadi I can see now why.
I will share my family's experience to my friends and family so they can be made aware of how the people that works here treats...
Read moreMy family and I had the pleasure of visiting Wing Snob at 15558 37 St in Edmonton on February 21, 2025, around 3:00 PM. It was our first time trying out this chain, and we walked in without any particular expectations. What we experienced, however, was a refreshing combination of good food and genuinely outstanding service.
We ordered 25 wings to share between my wife and me, while our son opted for the six-piece boneless wings with cheese fries, along with a few drinks. The food came out surprisingly fastâroughly five minutes after placing our order. Everything was served hot and fresh. The fries stood out with their crisp texture, suggesting they were cooked in clean oil, while the wings were medium-sized, generously coated with sauce, and packed with flavor. Of the varieties we tried, the Buffalo Lemon Pepper stood out as the clear favorite. It offered a perfect balance of heat and zest that kept us reaching for more.
While the food was enjoyable, what truly elevated the experience was the service, particularly from the young woman working the front, Astra. From the moment we walked in, she was a standout. Friendly, upbeat, and genuinely engaged, Astra made us feel welcome in a way that's increasingly rare these days. Even after we accidentally spilled an entire drink on the counter, she handled it with patience and a smile, as if it was no inconvenience at all. Throughout our visit, we noticed that her warmth extended to every guest she interacted with. It wasnât the usual transactional approach you often encounter; Astra seemed genuinely invested in making sure everyone had a positive experience. If I hadnât known better, I might have mistaken her for the owner, given how much pride she seemed to take in her role. If this is her consistent demeanor, sheâs undoubtedly an asset to the business and deserving of recognition.
If I had to point out a downside, it would be the pricing, which leans a bit on the higher side. That said, when you combine quality food with exceptional service like what Astra provided, it feels more justified. Overall, I'd rate our experience an 8 out of 10 and would recommend Wing Snob to anyone looking for a solid meal in a welcoming...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Wing Snob in Edmonton, and let me tell you, it was a wing-tastic experience! đ Ambiance and Food Quality: The moment I stepped in, the aroma of perfectly seasoned wings enveloped me. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it even better. But letâs get to the star of the show: the wings! 𤤠They were crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Whether youâre a traditional wing lover or prefer boneless options, Wing Snob has you covered. And donât miss out on their Cauli-Wings (yes, cauliflower wings!) for a veggie twist. Saucy Delights: I opted for the boneless meal deal, and oh boy, it was a flavor explosion! The chicken & waffles sauce was a revelationâsweet, savory, and utterly addictive. It transported me to a brunch table with actual waffles (though sadly, they werenât included). My friend went for the mango habanero wings, which had just the right kick. And the lemon-pepper fries? Zesty perfection! Service with a Smile: A big shoutout to Preet, our server! Their attentive and friendly service added an extra layer of delight to our meal. Even though the restaurant is relatively new, any hiccups in service didnât dampen our experience. Preetâs recommendations were spot-on, and their warm demeanor made us feel right at home. Sweet Endings: Guess what? We got complimentary cornbreadâa sweet surprise! And the Snobby Cake? Deep-fried cornbread with ice cream and chocolate sauceâitâs like a carnival treat! đĄ Final Verdict: Wing Snob, youâve won my heart (and my taste buds). Iâll definitely be back to explore moreâtraditional wings by the pound or in meal deals. Keep those wings flapping,...
