Anchored on Ridge Seafood Market — Restaurant in Fort Erie

Anchored on the Ridge in Fort Erie has hands down some of the freshest seafood we’ve had in a long time especially their salmon, which we’ve used to make blackened salmon multiple times. We paired it simply with vegetables once, and another time with a rich alfredo cream sauce topped with sundried tomatoes, both were absolutely incredible!

We’re obsessed with their seafood selection. The King Kong oysters are a personal favourite, so fresh and full of flavour. You also can’t go wrong with their shrimp cocktail, a go-to classic done right.

We recently tried their smoked salmon burger for the first time and paired it with a homemade garlic scape spread (mayo, lime, dill, locally grown in Niagara region: garlic scapes) and it was next-level delicious. Highly recommend trying that combo!

And let’s not forget their lobster rolls! some of the best we’ve ever had. Fresh, flavourful, and made to perfection.

The customer service is always fantastic, which makes shopping there an even better experience. We’re so glad to have a place like this in Fort Erie and can’t wait to try more of their fresh seafood!

This little gem is outstanding. Our experience We entered the very large ease to access parking lot in the rear, opened the door to a very friendly greeting. The inside was spotless and the glass counters we filled with some of the most beautiful seafood and fish. The nautical items throughout were a great touch. The information we received about our kit was easy to understand and much appreciated. The mahi mahi fish was glimmering. The freezers had some great options which we also purchased for future meals. The suggested marinade and sauces for fish cakes were terrific. The box our meal kit was in was sturdy and the containers were not flimsy as to spill. We left and felt our purchase was well worth every penny. Excited to return home and get cooking. Hey guess what they don’t lie in 20 minutes we were enjoying one of the best seafood pastas. We have return 2 times and every bit impressed each time. We have referred many and everyone has enjoyed the same experience. Cheers and keep up...

Nothing but top quality goods!

Excellent salmon, shrimp, chowder, & scallops. That's all I've yet to try but they have such a great selection, I can't wait to explore more seafood with them. Purchases come with great cooking tips (all you have to do is ask) and the selection of rubs, sauces & other seafood necessities are great as well!

This little shop is not even three months old in our amazing community, yet word is out----this is the place to go for fresh fish & all seafood needs.
