Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Erie

First of all the pizza was disgusting. Second of all I paid over the internet 25$ for gross horrible pizza and then when my husband went into the pizza pizza to pick it up the man working said I never paid and had to pay again So he comes home I show him now on my account that I have been charged twice once visa debit and once interact. My husband went back and the man was extremely rude said he would not refund us back our money. What kind of a scam is this!? Trying to reach someone higher up at pizza pizza to help becuase this is unacceptable. My husband asked the man to call customer service on our behalf so he called then told my husband he was on hold and that he would call us once he resolved the issue. My husband gave our phone number and left the store, and he then watched the employee hang up the phone. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And I feel robbed. 50$ I paid for 2 medium pizzas becusse I was double charged. And it was the worst pizza I've ever had. Extremely disappointed in this company and will never buy pizza...

I just tried to order a pizza the old fashion way by phone. The person who answered the phone was very unprofessional and their tone of voice was somewhat "as a matter of factish", like they were doing me a favor by answering the phone. Then when I hung up the phone after saying to forget the order, this person called me back and started to harass me on the phone. I hope some potential future customers like myself read this post and are as concerned as I am that customer service these days is an issue. Might want to order pizza from...

Ordered online with a coupon, large 2 topping 14:99, got there and they wanted $28.64, told them i used a coupon on line and the total came to $16 & change before i ordered it, they wanted to see the coupon ,i said you got the order so you got the price with it. Three workers were now at the counter, guy gets mad and puts in proper amount, i say thanks and all three turn their back n walk away like im the guy thats wrong, wont be back ...ever. Pizza wasnt great either , left a bad taste in my mouth.Worst customer...
