Buster's Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

I have ordered from this location many times since they have been open. Lately not so much as we have been trying to eat on a more healthy note and we order to much all the time from them haha.

It is Christmas eve me and my woman got off day shift totally forgot things would be closed and had everything butthe little things for meals (sauce, condiments ect.) Every place was closed so we where in a panic but leave it to these fine folks to be open as I placed an order at 9:29pm for delivery.

Had to give them a call just to thank them and show what little appreciation I could.

You are a savior this Christmas eve!!

Often pick up Donairs from various places in Fort McMurray, and bring them home to eat. Tonight I got a cheese donair from Busters. It seem to take an extraordinary amount of time to get my order. There were no other customers there at the same time, but I was between 20 and 25 minutes waiting for a single Donair. When I got to my house, about a five minute drive away I am immediately opened it to find it ice cold. The pita wrap portion was hard and dry, and the meat was ice cold. It was like it had been premade and sat in a fridge for several hours. Lots of good donair places in Fort McMurray. Will not be back to this one!

I called for the status of my delivery after 50 minutes of no delivery and my pizza was still at the restaurant. I asked why it took so long and they said that they have only 1 delivery driver, which is absurd for the amount of traffic they receive. I asked if they could knock down the price at least they said no, I asked if they could knock down the delivery price and they said no. With no Customer Empathy they will not be getting my business anymore. My Pizza came 1 hour 20 minutes after...
