Let me start out with saying the food was good. My first mistake was making a reservation I wasn't told that there was an automatic 18% gratuity tacked on when you make a reservation. Tuesday night in Fort McMurray in June the place was empty. The second thing that was unfortunate was the wait staff seemed inexperienced I understand that everybody needs training and that's all fine and dandy but my whole group commented on it being obvious that the waitress seemed inexperienced. My last mistake was not checking the bill thoroughly before paying we were charged for two bottles of wine when we only had one plus the 18% on that plus the GST added up to almost 35 extra dollars and it was half price wine night. So after asking the waitress to sort out the extra charge she informed me that the manager was unable to do refunds and she would give a gift card to be used at a later date I told her that doesn't work very well on my company expense report. After a period of time the manager told me that she could actually do a refund and redo the charges and took my card away from the table to an office for what seemed like an eternity only to return to tell me that she tried several times to void the charges and it did not work ended up getting a gift card for the extra charges now I'm going to have to explain to my supervisor what went wrong and beg forgiveness. While waiting for my credit card to be returned to me I had need to use the washroom facilities upon going into the washroom I noted that it was extremely dirty, stuff on the walls that I cannot even describe. The floors the fixtures everything was extremely dirty. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks if not months. Upon returning to my table I noticed that the floors and everything were in need of vacuuming and whatnot and the place is actually looking pretty run down quite disappointed with the whole thing except for the food, the food was good unfortunately the inexperience of the manager and the wait staff lended to a disappointing experience. Very likely not to return for a meal in the near or...

☆The CHICKEN HUNAN KUNG PAO is amazing. (You get the option to add peppers, for some spice.
I like a little bit of spice...a little. However, I get the peppers for the added flavor.
I would definitely recommend getting the peppers, even if it's only 1 or 2. They really boost the flavor of the dish. The peppers come whole and are easily to spot, making them easy to remove. I always get 3 peppers. ) ☆I also recommend the WINGS. Crispy. ☆THE DRY RIBS are DELICIOUS. Very Flavorful and Crispy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Read moreI frequently dine at Earls Restaurant and typically prefer to be seated on the bar side due to the consistently excellent service. However, during our recent visit, we opted to be seated on the family side due to the presence of a child in our party. Unfortunately, the experience was unsatisfactory. Despite the restaurant having only three other occupied tables, we were seated at a table near the door, where it was uncomfortably cold. Our seating occurred at 1:45pm, just fifteen minutes before the commencement of happy hour at 2:00pm. Despite our request to peruse the happy hour menu, the server declined our request, despite the fact that we had ample time to do so before happy hour officially began. Consequently, we proceeded to order from the regular menu.Upon receiving our meals, we found the steak to be overcooked, and the chicken in the salad wraps to be tough and dry. Additionally, we desired to purchase beverages to accompany our meals, as we had only been provided with water upon being seated. However, the server did not attend to our table throughout the duration of our meal, focusing instead on her other two tables in the restaurant. This lack of attention made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The server only approached us as we were preparing to leave. Despite our dissatisfaction, we settled our bill. Regrettably, after twelve years of patronage, this visit will mark the last time we dine at...
