Food was great, fair portion, delicious taste.

Sad, because it would’ve been a perfect experience if the service was as good as the food. The greeting I got was yelled from the kitchen “PICK UP?”, when I clarified that I was looking to order, nothing was said, instead of welcoming me, asking me if I wanted to see the menu etc. the person just went straight to the cashier without uttering a word expecting me to say what I wanted, no words at all. So I had to ask for the menu. When I was ready to order I got a dry “ready?”.

The wait was not bad, it was fair. A different person handed out the food, they didn’t even look at me, they just handed the bag while looking away, not a word! Lol.

They must be doing amazing , financially speaking, so maybe that’s why they are so confident in not finding it necessary to be nice with customers or just choosing who to be nice with. A couple of fancy woman walked in as I was handed my order and they got a smile and a welcome, lucky them.

The food was good so if I’m craving I’ll just order through...

I am proud that La Mesita is a restaurant where I Can invite friends and colleagues for meals. The place is brightly decorated with flowers and plants. The food is excellent, has big portions, attractively plated, and deliciously cooked. The menu has pictures and descriptions that anyone can understand. International and filipino food are served and there’s something for each one. My colleagues loved it today and asked me why I didn’t take them there sooner. As soon as they saw the menu, they said they want to come back, bring a friend, and try the other dishes. They also said that they hope that La Mesita stays many years in the business. I've visited this place twice and genuinely appreciate the service I received from Arlene. Her friendly and warm demeanour made the experience more wonderful!

The first visit was delightful. The food, from the appetizers to the drinks and dessert, was absolutely delicious. However, on my second visit, I encountered a bit of a hiccup. Unfortunately, the barbecue chicken was dry, did not taste good, and didn't seem as fresh as I had hoped, which was quite disappointing. I entirely understand that creating perfect dishes can be a bit challenging at times. While many items were still enjoyable, the BBQ chicken didn't meet my high standards like my first experience.
