I used to work at a Mcdonalds many years ago and everything was based around QSC (Quality / service / cleanliness) this place fails at all three.
Quality - The food here is hit or miss. sometimes the food is made well other times it's like they just dumped the ingredients in the box and said good enough.
Service - Horrible. just order from the kiosk there is never anyone working the tills. Takes way to long to get your order, if it's under 10 min your lucky. There are times I've seen a dozen people waiting for their orders and the staff is nowhere to be seen.
Cleanliness - The lobby is a mess always, the drink station in particular is disgusting and the garbage's are always overflowing. The only time I see anyone clean the lobby is when a customer can flag down an employee and ask for a rag to clean the tables. I did see someone mop part of the floor once. If that's how they present the part of the restaurant that the customers sees then I can't imagine how disgusting the kitchen and food storage areas are.
This restaurant is only a year old and its already gone to hell. The food is mediocre and the staff is apathetic. Managers don't seem to exist either. Combine all that with the ridicules prices they charge It's a wonder why people keep...
   Read moreThe lady in the kitchen by the fry station was extremely rude. I tried to use my free coffee coupon and was charged for 1 of my coffees. When I brought it to the cashiers attention, she went to the lady by the fry station where she was told to just give me back my card. Which was not what I wanted when I first made the order but feeling bad for the younge girl working cash. I just took the card back. This supervisor clearly does not enjoy her job and wants to create the worst atmosphere for customers. I waited 25 min for 2 coffees and 2 muffins. Only to have 1 coffee arrive without the sugar I had asked for. Then I when I approached the counter to inform them I needed sugar and there wasn't any at the drink station . The large lady by the fry station sent the girl packing orders to the drink station (i still have no sugar for my coffee) to check if I actually looked. I also heard them tell the customer in front of me if they required a bag for their meal it was 15 cents. With debit these days who carries change? I went through the drivethru on June 6, 2018, asked for the specialty sandwich they had available on their menu. It came without the coleslaw as advertised, it wasnât advised they didnât have any. I also ordered a QP BLT with no chicken sauce (mayo), and of course there was mayo. I called in as soon as I got home and left a voicemail. As I did not receive a call back, I called and left another voicemail on June 8, 2018, a couple days later I finally got in touch with someone after a third attempt of calling. I was referred to the guest experience manager in Gregoire, as she overseas all restaurants in Fort McMurray, and she was going to send out some coupons to replace my meal. After a month of waiting I called back on July 3 and was advised that she would reach out to me once again, but she never did. After calling back today they said it was an oversight and she forgot to mail them. Now I have to wait another undisclosed amount of time and they might come. No option to go get them in person....
