Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

I waited an hour and seven minutes before calling this location. Absolutely terrible customer service. The woman called me a liar twice. Said that there are confirmation numbers in the email I was given, but there are not. I tried to read the email to her, but she told me that was very rude of me and to not speak to her like that. Well if you can't listen to the problem, then you certainly can't solve the issue. They were able to verify my order was placed after I spoke to the call center, which she was not able to do before she transferred me rudely. They offered me a $2 discount, which is less than the $3 delivery charge even, for compensation. At that point though I had already decided that they no longer deserved my business and lost a customer. I will never order from Pizza73 ever again. Worst pizza i could get in last 2months. My husband ordered pizza with creamy garlic sauce base , when we got pizza i took a bite to check , it was tomato sauce instead of creamy garlic And when we went back to store , a guy who was taking order starts yelling why you took a bite, he was so rude everyone was looking at us. We had called customer service, they checked our order and it was with creamy garlic sauce. Usually the food is pretty decent at good prices but the staff can be pretty rude, I once placed an online order when they closed at midnight at 10:50 with the predicted time to be done at 11:10 the lady was very rude saying they don't like to see orders late in the shift (I think 70 mins before closing should be fine) and thqt she could have canceled it, it wasn't ready until 11:30 because they just couldn't be bothered to make it and then I watched the lady very purposefully put waaayyyy to much salt and pepper on my wings out of spite and made them inedible she knew what she was doing I watched her do it with a smirk on her...
