Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

Literally the worst establishment to date I have ever ordered from along with the first one of all so far I had to actually call food health and safety on. Long story short got pizza with raw dough and other uncooked items. Called back the manager who barley spoke English sent me new items. When it got to the door I checked it again before the drive left and showed him it was unacceptable the pizza alone was worst then before like the pizza had been thrown in the oven for 30 seconds to have some kind of solidness and color to the bottom and that's all. Sent it back called again explained how it was the manager said she had made sure this was cooked her self I said I'm sorry but your in the wrong profession if that's your quality standards personally for this company. Said its so bad I would have no choice to but call health and food. Gave her the chance to correct again but said if it comes back again like that there is no excuse and I would have to call. A gentleman called me about thirty minutes later and was rude and cursing and swearing on the phone so I said sorry but the managing staff don't know what proper food preparation and cooking standards are. Then hung up. Next morning called health food and safety. I called the location back to explain to a hopeful day time management the situation and that I had made contact with food health and safety. To my surprise the number was not in service so I called the local Pizza Hut number that tales your order and sends it to one of the two restaurant locations here they said they ate closed for a month and it was affective as of yesterday the same day all this bs started. Its worst place for pizza . The staff is really bad they guys never listen about customer is demanding. Almost 3-4 times I ordered stuff from pizza hut always disappointing me when I ordered pizza and wings through skip they forget to put sauce on wings and pizza was really hard and i called for this issue they guys never replied me. Today (22-feb-2024)I ordered garlic parmesan wings they give me honey garlic instead. The time i am giving order i repeat 2 times that i need garlic parmesan wings not honey garlic. When i called to pizza hut regarding this thing they said you give order for honey garlic wings . I never recommend people to go pizza...

I like the pizza generally at Pizza Hut but one thing that has always annoyed me is the limited amount of ingredients that they put on the pizza. The only time you get the proper amount is if you ask them to add additions on to it and then you are paying for it. Tonight I ordered a Hawaiian and I counted three pieces of Ham on it and thankfully I ordered extra cheese because there was actually cheese on it. This problem seems to be getting worse so sadly I made the decision I won’t be ordering from there again. Quit cheaping...
