I'm usually happy with the customer service. Today Jinky took my order and we had a misunderstanding about the payment, but she was pretty good and fixing it and treated me very well.
My only problem at this location is the incredibly cold it is. Every time I go, I swear not to go back. I have couple of ceiling fans giving me chills up to the point I want to leave. The bathroom is like a freezer, today I went to wash my hands and I went right out to grab my jacket.
Please make the temperature comfortable or at least, I won't go back. I don't feel good eating in such as cold place.

Read moreI really don't have any issues with this location it's just the last Subway I visited and ever will. My goto at Subway was always their wraps. But tonight I was informed the wrap sizes had decreased to about half the original size. These new micro wraps are full once the lettuce is in. If you try to add pickles they won't be able to close it. I was tempted to pile the vegetables vertically, leave it open and eat it like a pizza but I knew it would be a mess.
