Burger King — Restaurant in Fort St. John

I went thru the drive thru the other day almost 20 min to get from speaker to second window to receive my order. Not a complicated order original chicken sandwich no lettuce onion rings and a rootbeer no ice. I realize that the store is new and there's going to be glitches that need to be worked out but after correcting my order at the speaker I then had to correct it again at the pay window then I sat at that window for at least 10 min easily longer waiting for another car to get ther food when finally I got my food the only thing right was the onion rings I received a spicy chicken sandwich and a diet coke. After that length of time waiting not to get my order right I'm sorry but there's absolutely no excuse for that

OK so I just went thru the drive thru today06/12/16 service was good except the fact that they seem to be unable to get the drinks right I asked again for a rootbeer no ice and I got coke with ice! Why can I not get the drink I ask for it wasn't busy and I was the only one in the drive thru why does this keep happening to me is...

UPDATE: I have worked in places with a skip tablet, I know there is a history of all orders placed. Unless you have a special machine that deletes it within seconds of it being picked up then I don't believe what you are saying. Also DM you ? On what portal ? The food was freezing cold last night and it ended up being dog food. I don't want anything from you guys, but the costumer service I received while being on the phone last night was the reason I'm writing this review Trevor.

Ordered burger King from skip, our order was picked up with and eta of 9 minutes....and dropped off almost 30 minutes later (when we live 7 min away from burger king) the whole order was freezing cold and basically unedible. Tried calling bk before the food arrived and they told me there was no record of the order, which was not true. And according to skip he had multiple orders to take along with ours, which I could understand if it mentioned that on skip but it didn't at all. Burger King wasn't helpful at all in this situation and skip is always hard...

I'm continually impressed by this BK. The staff are top notch. Always friendly, accurate, and working hard. It's a huge difference compared to across the highway at that other burger joint. Every time I come here I feel like it's the '80s again. I don't know how to explain it but it's partially a feeling of being home and partially the service levels. The way the staff consistently TRY to be good at what they do, every time, has the feel of how everywhere was back in the day. The only two sort of downfalls are that it takes a little more time to get through the drive thru. I'm not entirely put off by that though. To me it says that they're cooking my burger fresh and not just serving up some nuke 'n puke speedy burger. The other downfall is the location. For some reason it seems easier/ quicker to go across the highway. I wish BK were on the East side and the other joint on the West. All in all, this BK never disappoints. Always a pleasure to visit. Plus, the burgers are huge! Could use more...
