Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fort St. John

after being told 45 mins from time of order. when we arrived they said another 20 minutes when we arrived. then after the 20 mins was up they said they were "boxing it up" meanwhile a customer waited 2 hours for wings. then after 15 mins was up they told us it would be 10 to 15 mins more. we then cancelled our order with a full refund and a $20 dollars off of our next order. being only open for at least a week the 2 students at least in grade 10 by the looks of it would continue to tell the people 20 mins when they waited 2 hours hearing 20 mins. very poor service. not much else to say. don't order here for another month. COMPLETELY UNPREPARED FOR OPENING...

UPDATE: after 4 months I am loving the pizza. usually always on...

I had a great experience at this Pizza Hut location! I called in with a special request to add chili flakes and banana peppers to my pizza, and not only did they get it just right, but it turned out absolutely delicious! 🔥🍕

Big shoutout to the front staff for being friendly, patient, and super helpful on the phone — they made sure my order was taken correctly and were very courteous throughout. And kudos to the cook/chef who made the pizza perfectly — it was flavorful, hot, and exactly what I was craving!

The pizza was great when they first opened but had slowly gone downhill. Today I ordered a personal Hawaiian and 8 Honey Garlic wings. They put my pizza in the warmer to wait for the wings. My order took over 30 minutes. The pizza was dried out and tasted like cardboard and the wings they gave me were boneless wings - glorified Chicken McNuggets, which I did not order. They did not give me a receipt so I cannot complain online at Pizza Hut We...
