Good pizza but dang the online ordering experience could be way better. The online system does not give you an estimated time for pickup so an "asap" order could be up to an hour wait depending on how busy. I wouldn't mind waiting if I knew an estimated time to pickup.

When I went into pickup, the staff kept saying "15 more minutes" or "ten more minutes". I finally got a text saying my order was ready, over 45 minutes after I ordered. When I went to the counter, they still didn't have another one of my pizza's ready, so I had to wait another 5 or so minutes. Overall, I waited a good 50 minutes after I ordered for an "asap" pickup.

Pizza - The pizza I ordered, Deli Italiano, was made of high quality ingredients and skillfully crafted. It was cooked perfectly. This is the best neopolitan pizza I've had in Canada.

Staff - The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and efficient. He even gave me a free sample of a Sicilian pizza. Warm and welcoming.

Atmosphere - The seating area is well lit and very clean.
