Wendy's — Restaurant in Fort St. John

Attention franchise owner of this location Giving international students an opportunity to start their carreer is a great thing, but please make sure they follow canadian customer service standards as well.

I was here the other day and could hear some sort of multi lingual commotion from the kitchen area (not just one foregine language, i reconganised multiple) conversation/argument between the staffs. The kid upfornt was on ear pods (not the order taking headsets, it was ear pods) while taking orders and could see her shyly smiling and responding to the call she was with someone on the other end of the phone. And the whole attitude was " what you want? just get what we have and leave". I understand it might have been a long day for them , dont have to make me feel welcomed as well, but this attitude is incorrect.

Also, please train them to make a proper burger atleast while working in a fast food chain that mainly sells burger. I ordered take out, only to realise that my burger was super cold ( i opened it within 2 mins, but was already driving away on the alaskan highway so couldint go back). In my experience with wendy's take away, i always had to wait 2 mints after opening the package for it to cool down a bit so that the molten cheese wont burn my tounge. But, this burger had the cheese slice as is. So was the chicken nuggets, cold and soggy.

I really hope this review helps this location to improve their service

P.S : Heard from some local co workers that they are avoiding many fast food chains due to these bad attitude and customer service from...

Their food is always fresh and actually quite good for fast food, and their service is also pretty excellent.

In all the times I’ve been there, they’ve moved the drive-thru line faster than I expected for the amount of people there, even during busy lunch rushes, they never forget any of my items, they’re always polite and pleasant to deal with, and they actually remember the little things you ask for (extra ketchup in the bag, etc).

And this is saying a lot considering all the bad reviews the other places have been getting, and a few bad experiences I’ve had with the others, mainly Tim’s, McDonald’s, BK (rarely), and DQ.

So Wendy’s, you guys are rockstars! You deserve some...

Honestly, I am impressed with this Wendy's. It's very fast, accurate service. Parking is a bit tight near the front, there's a big pot hole at the lot entrance to watch for. But still inside lots of space inside. The iced coffee, dare I say, tastes better than McDonald's iced coffee. On the back of the receipt you can do a survey on your phone for a free sandwich later. It is fast food, but it feels like higher quality fast food here. At noon there's longer drive thru...
