Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Fredericton

Extremely poor service. I waited fifteen minutes for two burgers and fries. When I asked my server why the order was taking so long she offered the unsatisfactory answer that they were busy and orders were filled in the order they came in, despite the fact that several people who came after me had already received their orders. Turns out the burgers had been sitting under the heat lamp all along and finally someone at the pass yelled out 'whose flamethrowers are these?' I indicated it was me. By this time I was raging but I held my tongue. Even though I had two drinks, a shake, and a blizzard, no one asked me if I needed a tray and I had to ask for one. Finally, when I got my order I checked the bag and they forgot to include the two sides of flamethrower sauce that I ordered so I had to point that out. All in all, an awful experience as the person serving me could clearly see that I was frustrated and yet didn't offer to make things right. This isn't the first time I've had an experience like this one with this store....

I went to DQ around noon today ordered $18 in food. I got my food, pulled passed the drive thru to check my burger to make sure it was made right. Lifted the bun to find a piece of plastic mixed in with the ketchup. ( I'm assuming it was a bit of kitchen scrap plastic from the cheese) I pull back around to inform them of the outside contamin found on my food. They offered to put my name down in a book for another burger. I then informed them I would like a refund! I don't think I am going to eat the food I got nevermind be back for the burger. My refund I received was $5 and change. Every bit of that food was tossed out not risking eating plastic. What bothered me the most about this was not the fact I only got a partial refund but they reaction. When I told them about the plastic on the burger they acted as if it was an ordinary everyday thing. No concern at all. So if I had not checked my burger I would have 100% eaten that...

Just went to this DQ location, first time there, made order for my hamburger first, had to explain order 3 times (plain hamburger with only ketchup), then added large onion rings, was asked to repeat, so repeated onion rings again, then asked to repeat entire order again!!!!! Had to repeat order in a very slow, stretched out way so that they could understand my order!!!!! Noticed staff (all girls), all huddled together laughing as I drove up to window. One employee in red t-shirt at cash and asking others for assistance as she didn’t know how to use the computer for next orders. Got home, onion rings very dry and tasted like they were 2 days old, like eating rubber, had to chew & chew & chew….not fresh!
